Very Good
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The location was excellent—close to everything we needed—and the property was very clean and well-maintained. The facilities were also very nice, offering everything we expected for a comfortable stay. Aside from one isolated incident, the staff were helpful, polite, and made our experience pleasant. We would consider staying here again.
One night while we were spending time at the hotel bar, the night manager was rude to us. One of our friends had dozed off on a couch in the lobby bar, and the night manager (who refused to give his name when asked) told us that “people from outside the hotel cannot stay here.” After we explained that we were hotel guests simply relaxing at the bar, he then said that sleeping was not allowed and told us to go to our room, which led to an unnecessary argument. I found his behaviour surprisingly rude towards actual hotel guests. However, I want to emphasize that the rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and this incident does not reflect the overall service quality of the hotel.

The room was very spacious, however it was a bit dark - I would have liked more lighting. the room very tidy and clean and the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was very good, but a shower only is better as the bathtub was a bit tricky to get in and out of. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful.
Better lighting in the room. I didn't like the self check in - its a good option but its always nice to be greeted by people rather than a computer on the counter - especially when arriving very late in the evening to an empty foyer!

There is no partition between shower and bathroom. And shower door is a glass door. The kind of design might save space but not particularly good for room guests.

The M apartment is very big and spacious for 2 people. The location is great and close to a lot of restaurants and stores. The self check in was easy and clear
