Staff were all lovely, really friendly, and just generally great to interact with.
Location was great as everything was either nearby or easy to get to using nearby transport.

The room was very clean. Checkout untill 12, very rare but great. Something of great emotional value was left behind in the room and the staff did everything to get it back to us. Great hotel, clean, modern, and staff of great help !

I cant begin to explain how impressed I was with this hotel- it was so much more fancy than you would expect for such a good price, extremely clean ( we even got new towels every single day), the apartment was spacious, had everything you might need, including coffee machine, as well as capsules and tea, the beds were very comfy, the location is also perfect, very close to Berlin centre. There is a bar on the roof of the hotel and we even got a cocktail gift on our last night inviting us to a party in the bar. Overall I am super happy with our stay and I highly recommend
