I liked the online check in, which made arrival quick and easy. The large communal table in the lobby is great for working, and having a café downstairs is very convenient.
The room is small but offers good value for money. The air conditioning worked well even during the heat wave.
The location is excellent, with plenty of great places for breakfast and dinner within walking distance.
The room was quite dark, partly because of the black walls, which made it feel even darker. The humidity in the room was also noticeably high.

My mum and her friend, two older women travelling together, had a wonderful experience. The hotel was clean, in a great location, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They felt well looked after from the moment they arrived. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Hotel is located close to the Rosenthaler Platz with many restaurants and places to eat. It is within walking distance to the Museum Island Berlin. Hotel concierge is friendly and helpful. The hotel has a quiet garden area which is relaxing and a coffee street-facing counter. Taxi service is easily available around the hotel.
Unless you are familiar with the local transport system, its best to take a taxi to the hotel.
The room is relatively small and is in desperate need for more lighting.

Everything was great including location and staff. Unfortunately the roof top bar was hosting a private party on the only dry evening of our stay so we didnt get to experience it. Loved the silent garden even though it was far from silent!
A small gym would have been appreciated.
Im an earlier riser than my husband and would have benifitted to have a spot to do some exercise/yoga

Disappointing
No customer service whatsoever. We arrived and the staff was there chatting not even telling us where to go. No water bottle in the room. The worst part was the breakfast; no allergen indication and when I asked the staff they simply walked away. I paid for 2 breakfast daily and they refused me a refund even though I had to go outside and buy breakfast every single day. Lasting my Apple headphones were stolen from the room and no one cared when I reported it. The customer service was awful.

Wonderful
Good location, nice decor, nice atmosphere, clean and comfortable. Overall a great place to stay if you want to visit Berlin.
The layout was a bit too open for pur taste, and the absence of doors between the living room and bedroom was quite bothersome.

Nice esthetic hotel in Mette. Not too big, good service, comfortable beds. Good location with metrostations nearby. The best part is the cafes and restaurants that were on walking distance!
