The staff were friendly and attentive. The buffet breakfast was great and the self service coffee was a life saver in the morning. The room was spacious and comfortably fit 3 adults. We explain that we were a group of 6 and the hotel organised connected rooms for us.
I appreciate green initiatives but I would prefer to opt out of room cleaning, if towels were still changed.

The size of the room is reasonable for one person. I like that the toilet was separated from the rest of the room. The location was perfect for work, food and shops. Seamless digital check in experience.
The pillows were awful. It was almost hollow. No support for the head. I often woke up with sore neck. The bed was fine. Although the digital key was nice for the check in, having to stand in front of your door and wait for it to unlock every time is a bit annoying specially if you are holding many items.

The hotel was well located and the lobby was cosy with low level lighting and an exceptional barman. It felt less like a hotel lobby and more like an upscale bar. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice with cooked or baked goods. The standard room was small, but comfortable and clean.

The rooms are way too dark and it was hard to see anything at night- sometimes even during the day! It would help to at last have an optional floor lamp, lighting was just way too dim.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The location was excellent—close to everything we needed—and the property was very clean and well-maintained. The facilities were also very nice, offering everything we expected for a comfortable stay. Aside from one isolated incident, the staff were helpful, polite, and made our experience pleasant. We would consider staying here again.
One night while we were spending time at the hotel bar, the night manager was rude to us. One of our friends had dozed off on a couch in the lobby bar, and the night manager (who refused to give his name when asked) told us that “people from outside the hotel cannot stay here.” After we explained that we were hotel guests simply relaxing at the bar, he then said that sleeping was not allowed and told us to go to our room, which led to an unnecessary argument. I found his behaviour surprisingly rude towards actual hotel guests. However, I want to emphasize that the rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and this incident does not reflect the overall service quality of the hotel.
