Very Poor
Location is good but service is bad ..treating people by race and colours.
During my check in i found 2 couples from africa being prevented from entry to to the bar while allow me and others to access ..when i ask suff why this happening he said we have selection at the door ..the couple was embarrassed and they look much better than 100% of the people i saw inside .

It was a okay hotel
There was an information leak from the hotel system — fraudsters contacted me using the hotel’s name and my personal details. When I told the receptionist, he said not to pay (which was late already) because they were scammers, but also adds they are not sure how scammers can get these information of their guests. So you know guests’ data is being accessed by criminals and yet take no responsibility and apparently no action. This is unacceptable.

The location is convenient, easy to access various transports and also in the neighborhood many options of restaurants, cafes and shops! Also personnel was great, understanding and always helpful.
The tram noise could be heard in early morning from the room. Besides that, it was all great.

Big room, clean and comfortable, has everything you need in the kitchenette. Fantastic location.
Zero human contact. We had 2 coffee pods and meant to top them up. No one around to talk to. Poor communication, I was trying to change my dates and I kept getting an automated responses and I had to actually make an international call to make sure my request was dealt with correctly. Zero flexibility if making changes to a booking.
