Central, nice location. Good rooms, good breakfast
Staff was horrible. They implemented self check in which takes forever. We asked why we need to do this ourselves and the female clerk just roles her eyes at us. Later in the evening we were looking for a spoon and wandered in to what was apparently a vip area, a security guard came over and told us to leave in a slightly threatening way. Finally, during breakfast, we asked the staff if we could cold bowls for yoghurt instead of the steaming hot ones that had just come out of the dishwasher. The woman we talked to laughed at us and shook her head, then grumpily took out some cold bowls from a cupboard. Very privileged problems, I know, but at the same time I expect staff at a hotel to not act rude and slightly hostile to their guests.
