I linked my debit card to guarantee the booking in advance. When I arrived in Berlin I came to the hotels lobby and pay there. So when I left hotel they used that linked card and charged me additional 99 euros after a few days. I have already made a call to the office and wrote a few messages via different channels of communication, but nothing happens. Great job guys!

its located right next to the central train station which is super helpful for getting around and also the tons of shops and food places in there too. all of the staff were really friendly and helpful!
the mattress was a bit harder than we like but we still got good sleep on it. also, had to ask for two extra pillows as only one is provided per person, and there arent spares in the room

In a good location, easy access to the train station and easily walkable to the city. Front desk staff were lovely and the area downstairs great for catching up with other guests.
The room was unbearably hot and even though we asked somebody to check every day, all they did was open the window. Couldnt leave it open due to the proximity of the busy intersection with the noise. We also asked for the bed to be made up for a couple, not two mattresses side by side but this was also not rectified. Paid 18 euro for an average breakfast. For the price we paid, a little bit disappointed and probably wouldnt recommend staying here.

Really handy to rail, trams, metro. Supermarket, restaurants nearby. Great shower and wifi. Good bar on L6. Friendly helpful staff, coffee machine. Could open the window!
