Very Good
Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast had many options though hot breakfast options were limited. Staff could speak German, English and French. Location is great, easily accessible by public transport and with good connections to the airport. I didnt have to take taxi.

We liked the location on the river! The room was decently sized for a European hotel room. The room had a fan which was nice. Unfortunately, we didn't have the breakfast. We had an early flight to catch.

The staff on duty was very friendly and forthcoming, especially when we asked for another room for the second night. We really appreciated that 2 pillows per person were provided!
Our first room faced the street - we should have accepted the offered upgrade to a room facing the inner courtyard! Sleep quality during the second night was excellent!

The location was great, we chose it since it was close to Parkbühne Wuhlheide. Bed was comfy, TV had a lot of channels.
There was weak water pressure, there were a few black spots in the bottom sides of the shower, the street was very loud and since it was hot in the room, the window had to be open all night.

Great location, clean, and cozy. The breakfast area is well-equipped, featuring an open space with a beautiful river view. The staff are exceptionally polite and friendly.
Breakfast hours are a bit too early for my "Georgian Maybe Time" schedule

Köpenick is on the outer skirts of Berlin. The city centre is easily to be reached by bus (to the S-bahn) and train. We bought a 72 hour travel pass for around €36, which was very cheap.
The staff was very friendly. Room was small but ok. Clean room and bathroom. The shower was very small but nice.
We searched for rooms for three adults. Our room came up and we booked it, but later on it turned out to have only two beds. We had to book an additional bed (foldable) for 20,- a night.
The parking for the hotel is easily to be overseen. It is in a small side road. Parking was 10,- a night, which is reasonable.
The room had a small ventilator which was needed; it was one of the hottest weeks of the year. We had to keep our window open during the night to get some cold air in. A lot of street noises (trams, ambulances, fire engines, cars), but we slept through it.
