The hotel location is across the park. My room had a small balcony with a nice view to the park. The hotel is very clean (bathroom, room, dining area, etc). The internet connection is very good (with a separate wifi for each floor). The room included TV, fridge, hair dryer (but I didn't use any of them). The included breakfast was excellent (open buffet with many options to choose from) and the dining area had nice large windows towards the park. The stuff was also very kind and polite, although we didn't interact much. Close to subway station (line U7 is about 5 minutes away). Bathroom was very warm (which gave a nice, cozzy feeling after showers or when you're sleepy). There were plenty of towels, extra blankets, a safe box, etc.
The room itself had signs of wear due to past guests and pass of time (some rust on the window frame, small sign of burned area on the furniture, a few small issue in the bathroom). I wasn't bothered by any of them, and once you move on all of them, you realize is a nice very-clean accommodation. The keychain of the room is quite heavy and big (but you can easily take it off during your staying and add it back before you leave).

Friendly staff, decent breakfast, good location close to the U-bahn so easy access to the city and the airport. Good value for money for a short stay.
The interiors and decor was a little outdated and worn, having a window onto the busy road meant quite a lot of traffic noise.
