“I paid for a higher-category room but was downgraded at check-in because the hotel was full. I paid almost €300 for a room advertised at €211 that night. Front desk tried to help, but since I booked via Booking.com, I couldn’t cancel easily after arriving from abroad many hrs traveling. Ended up in a tiny room—never returning.”

The Staff and the Location was good.
Wifi was horrible, water in the shower takes 5min to be warm and the walls are so thin you can hear the neighbors snoring.

The Breakfast was good, more than enough to eat and drink. I find it so thoughtful that, they had Big Coffee Machines downstairs and one could drink Coffe anytime for free. Also had free Water available for us.

Thanks to its layout, this is a bright and spacious hotel with a good breakfast and a fairly comfortable room. At the end of September 2024, the nearby metro station and this part of the line were under renovation, if not for this, which slightly complicated the hotel’s accessibility
as of September 2024, the room could use some cosmetic renovation. However, this did not spoil the impression of the room.
