“I paid for a higher-category room but was downgraded at check-in because the hotel was full. I paid almost €300 for a room advertised at €211 that night. Front desk tried to help, but since I booked via Booking.com, I couldn’t cancel easily after arriving from abroad many hrs traveling. Ended up in a tiny room—never returning.”

Spacious room and incredibly comfortable bed. Free coffee and water was an unexpected bonus.
Parking at the hotel was impossible, no free bays. We had to park at the mall, half a block down the road, it was chaos, tight, dingy. Not at all pleasant. Rooms not very soundproof.

Good breakfast. Nice staff. Clean rooms. Area was ok, Berlin has nicer areas though.
The ventilation didn't work in the bathroom, hopefully they will fix it. The sofa bed was not very comfortable the kids said.

The Staff and the Location was good.
Wifi was horrible, water in the shower takes 5min to be warm and the walls are so thin you can hear the neighbors snoring.

The Breakfast was good, more than enough to eat and drink. I find it so thoughtful that, they had Big Coffee Machines downstairs and one could drink Coffe anytime for free. Also had free Water available for us.
The Internet connection was a bit too slow
