We didn’t have water to flush the toilet or wash for a couple of hours on the day we arrived Beds were very saggy on the edge No robes or body lotion provided in spite of being listed as offered Poor customer service at reception

Nice room with a view of the TV tower (see image in my review.) Clean and minimalistic room. Really good location. Breakfast had good variety and tasty options. Kind staff.

The hotel is very well located near to the Berlin TV tower, but also the Orianenburg district which we really liked as a quieter more residential district with great cafe’s and restaurants. The staff were really helpful and happy, they helped to make our stay as positive and productive as possible.

Genuinely one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Great facilities and very modern design, with a restaurant, bar and ice cream shop. The room has very large windows and a spacious bathroom, along with a massive, modern tv. Would 100% recommend.
