Air conditioned room, breakfast had a good range of options for sensitivities (e.g., gluten), space in addition to bed to relax, big TV, cleaning was thorough and staff responded to requests (e.g., booking a taxi for early morning pick-up and extra bedding).
Breakfast was priced a little too high, curtains needed some cleaning (had some minor stains but noticeable) as did the decorative duvet cover. Also needed wash clothes (not provided). Coffee wasn't great, but acceptable. Real milk instead of powder is healthier / more pleasant for guests.

Room decoration, perfect location and the reception officer he was of great help and very professional,
The drinks were excellent, but the snack selection at the bar was very limited. The mini pizza was disappointing and felt overpriced at €16, especially given its quality.

The location of the this hotel is wonderful for exploring the city. Staff at reception are welcoming and helpful. The glass of prosecco at check-in was a nice touch! Rooms are sufficiently spacious and very comfortable. The AC is particularly refreshing on warm summer days.
There is nothing to dislike about this property.

The lunch buffet was good and reasonably priced. However, I was disappointed that the price didn't include even a coffee, tea, or dessert. I believe these should be included as part of the buffet experience.

We had another fantastic stay at this hotel, this was actually our second time here, and it was just as great as we remembered. The suite was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of room to relax. The location is outstanding, with easy access to attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Staff was super attentive. Spacious and very confortable rooms. Hotel beautiful decorated. Location was great, main attractions all within walking distance. Train station was 3min walk.

Staff was amazing! Breakfast was delicious and the skylight so nice. Convenient location for walking to the sites. Parking is available, however, it isn't made for larger cars (my Mercedes CLE didn't fit with other cars already parked, I saw multiple cars have difficulty). The staff were so nice and let me park off to the side in an unofficial spot since I was there on less busy days. It was so appreciated! The room is well designed, no extra space but comfortable.
Due to over booking, my room size was downgraded. However, they were so accommodating with my parking and arranged for complimentary water on arrival. The courtyard view was still nice!

Our room was clean and very comfortable. The hotel is in an excellent location. It is within walking distance to several historical sites and also within walking distance to several restaurants for dinner.

Our second stay here - again a pleasure. Spacious room. Big windows. Comfortable furniture and bed. Caring and competent staff. All the extras appropriate to a hotel of this standing.
Inadequate oversight of the room before arrival:
A curtain that had come loose from the rail and let in light at night.
A lighting system not functioning properly - side lights could not work independently of the main control
Main lights far too bright and could not be dimmed.
Last day the toilet blocked and would not flush
Reception tried to address these issues but it didn't happen during our stay, so this was disppointing
