Location , staff at the reception, big rooms, clean, the hotel building was beautiful, parking available in the hotel garage
The floor was not properly fixed in our room, could be a bit cleaner e.g. carpets, matraces soft not quality you would expect in 4* hotel, shower was a bit broken, lamp not working in the room, noice from the street and you could hear other rooms too, no soundproofing

Very nice spaceous room! Great location for first time visitors, with walking distance to Mitte and mutliple easy connections nearby with U-bahn, S-bahn and tram. We made use of this a lot so got to see many different areas of the city in just 3 days.
The area itself was not the coziest, Other areas like Prenzlaurberg are cozier and more lush.

Close to the SBahn near us so convenient - beautifully kept hotel , clean and very comfortable bed with lots of pillows ... lovely breakfast room and bar area and wonderful food

Very nice hotel and rich good breakfast with varieties of everything. Located in East side on Berlin, so the area is in the style of the East Berlin. Nice design, my room on top level my great and large, big and comfy bathroom
But there were buts... the hotel started the renovation of the lift and it didn't work several days in different time, for me and one of my friends who had knee problem – it was hard to get to the top level. The smell of paint was around the hotel, then the corridor was also under renovation. There were some issues with the kettle in my room - they have quite strange system. The hotel was generous for me and made little discount for these issues.
