Very comfortable stay for a family. Great quality for price ratio too. Very quiet at night and yet central in Charlottenburg. We hope to come back someday!

There was a package of Haribo Goldbären. The neighborhood is quite nice and friendly. I guess 20-30 euros per night would be quite enough for this room. Then the price to quality ratio would be just fine.
The room is very small. I like small rooms but 1.70 wide is just too bad. The room is very expensive for what you get. I have been to Berlin more than 40 times and this is one of the worst rooms. It is quite far away from S-bahn. I haven't seen a single staff member. It is too digital, too impersonal. The furniture looks like Ikea. When other guests use the bathroom the noise is like a tropical storm. I woke up often during the night. I wrote a small review on Google Maps and staff kept complaining about my review. She did it on booking.com not on Maps.

Excellent location short walk to public transport. Spacious room balcony was lovely. Some great cafes and restaurants on the same street. Coffee machine in reception was a lovely touch. We would love to stay here again.

The hotel is located in a nice area. It’s not in the downtown but bus stops are within the walking distance.

It was an amazing experience. The staff was kind, the facilities were excellent, very well equipped, wonderful area. I would stay there again a million times. Check-in was effortless, they prepared my room early and left me a present because it was my birthday. 1000% recommended

Self check-in machine (located outside) was easy to operate. Room & bathroom had good sizes. Room was clean. All day coffee and prepackaged croissants.
Self check-in right next to the scanner to open the door, bit awkward paying the bill when someone is also trying to open the door. Mattress on the soft side for my taste.
