When we arrived it was very difficult to understand how to get to our floor. As we needed to cross the ‘bridge’. Our key wouldn’t work so we had to go in circles like 3 times before we got to the room. The room itself was directly facing a building next to the hotel (2 meters max) so obviously no view whatsoever. The street was very busy and loud even after 1am. In the room the bed was very solid and rough. In the fridge we had half eaten chocolate which wasn’t disposed of before we moved in. Also, there was no down service.

This is truly a five star hotel. The lobby is rich and luxurious, and the lobby bar is tremendous. The room is comfortable. The furniture is excellent.

The location was near all the things we wanted to see. The hotel room was big, bed very comfortable, very quiet and everything was spotless. Staff were very efficient especially the concierge senior man. Fine dining meal was delicious.
