I loved absolutely everything, finally a "Grand" hotel that really offers 5 stars services and feels like one. All details were perfect : perfect gym area, swimming pool, lobby bar, small cute shopping arcade, in dinning room absolutely delicious, reception super polite...

Check-in was smooth, and the valet parked the van okay. Although we did see other guests receive a drink while we were left with none. The room was clean and comfortable.
The spa was the reason why we booked it after two days on the road. Was really let down by the showers; they stank of sulphur and made me feel very dirty...

The room service food was not to our liking. We had the Curryworst, and it was awful but so were the fries.
We walked into our room at 7:00 p.m. at night and a man was in our bathroom. I was with my daughter. It scared us. He got angry with us as we asked him to call his supervisor to verify he was supposed to be there. I tried to call the front desk to ask but was so flustered at the shock of having him in our room (no text; nothing on the door stating someone was in the room at 7:00 p.m. at night) that I dialed 0 instead of 9. The supervisor was very dismissive. We were offered a glass of champagne. Handled very badly! I don't think the staff understood how disturbing it was for two women to walk into their hotel room and find an unknown man there. I simply cannot believe 5-star hotel would have such poor service.
