Exceptional service from start to finish! Every member of the staff was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and helpful. The service truly made my stay special.
The location was also perfect, especially since I was in Berlin to run the marathon. Being so conveniently located made getting around and managing race day so much easier. It was the perfect place to stay for such a special trip.
I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!

Madelene (young couple)

Guest Score 10 out of 10
Exceptional
The location was outstanding as was the ambience of the building built to replicate a period hotel. The staff were helpful and friendly and the room was not lavish but very comfortable and priced accordingly. We enjoyed the piano recitals in the central lounge and the menu and drinks on offer. The breakfast was very good.
I can’t say I have any negatives to share about the property.
