I really enjoyed staying in this hotel, the staff was excellent and very friendly and polite, talking about the breakfast very great, and about hotel the very neat.
The location is in the middle of everything. The location is exactly. I really enjoy my time in Berlin because of the location of the hotel, easy to move around.

The room was well organised and comfortable
Breakfast items were excellent.
The outside Terrace was enjoyable.
The concierge was superb.
The Essimer Restaurant was memorable.
Reception & Guest relations were good.
Latitia was professional and helpful.
Queuing for breakfast and slow service.
Service in the Elephant Bar was poor.
Service on the Terrace was mainly slow.
Possibly due to lack of adequately qualified personnel.

The location is in the heart ♥️ of Berlin.
Out side view of the Adlon give impressionnant value to this historical hotel.
The lobby is fantastic
The brand of shampoo and shower gel ….
We spend one night in The RITZ HOTEL BERLIN , then we change to ADLON hotel because I expected better but in reality we didn’t find what we expected , the check in is very long , we booked two rooms booth of them are very old the painting is very old the furniture of the mini bar can’t be closed so the light still all the night lighting the TV is not working properly so the conclusion is not everything beautiful from out side is beautiful inside.
The hotel management most do some actions and at list do some painting into the rooms walls and repaire the damaged furnitures or other Equipments…..
I invite the CEO of ADLON HOTEL to spend one night in the RITZ hotel and let him do the comparison and detect what he should do in the future to preserve this diamond

This is a historic hotel located near the Brandenburg Gate and between the US and Russian Embassies. The architecture is gorgeous and it’s elegantly decorated in the 1920s style but with a touch of modernity which makes it very functional and comfortable. It is very clean and housekeeping was superb.
The check in was long. We stood in front of the check in desk where multiple people were present, but no one acknowledged us. When I started to move to different area within checking in, we were called at the checking desk. Even though they took photocopies of our US passport the person doing the check in kept entering data, gave me a print out to sign without explaining what I was signing or giving us enough time to read it.
The next day I requested just towels and toilet paper instead of room service but the information wasn’t forwarded to housekeeping. We ran into housekeeping in the hallway and they graciously provided the items.
On our last day at the hotel we were getting coffee on the hotel’s coffee shop and while we were waiting for the attendant a German speaking lady walks her way through the front without asking permission to go first stating something like “espresso” I felt awkward and told her she can go first. There was no intervention on the part of the coffee shop attendant and based on her facial expression she was enjoying what was happening.
In the afternoon after visiting the museums my husband and I decided to get a beer at the hotels own patio restaurant. We ordered beers and kept waiting for them to arrive. We reminded the waitress but nothing. Meanwhile we witnessed German speaking customers who came after us being served in a timely manner. There was another English speaking table next to us and their orders were being delayed as well. We politely reminded the waitress again and shortly a man came offering apologies but no update on our order. After 46 minutes of waiting and the man’s input we no longer had the desire to keep waiting and witnessing the German speaking customers enjoying their drinks, so we left.
Mr Dean was being welcomed by the hotel in our room- don’t know who he was.. it seems that our last name might have been too ethnic for them to acknowledge and include with the welcoming message.

I recently stayed at the Hotel Adlon Kempinski Berlin for 4 nights, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome with warm hospitality and exceptional attention to detail.
The hotel itself is stunning — a perfect blend of classic elegance and modern luxury. My room was beautifully appointed, spacious, and spotlessly clean, with every comfort thoughtfully provided. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring restful nights after full days of exploring Berlin.
The location couldn’t be better — right next to the Brandenburg Gate, with many of Berlin’s major attractions within walking distance. Whether it was sightseeing or simply enjoying the vibrant city atmosphere, everything felt conveniently close.
Overall, the Hotel Adlon Kempinski exceeded all my expectations. It’s more than just a hotel; it’s an experience of true luxury and world-class service. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Berlin and would love to return on my next trip.
