Excellent breakfast with great service. Bell hop above and beyond. Large room for Europe.
Poor directions to pool - confusing signage. Staff made up for it.

The staff was friendly.
When we arrived it was very difficult to understand how to get to our floor. As we needed to cross the ‘bridge’. Our key wouldn’t work so we had to go in circles like 3 times before we got to the room.
The room itself was directly facing a building next to the hotel (2 meters max) so obviously no view whatsoever. The street was very busy and loud even after 1am.
In the room the bed was very solid and rough. In the fridge we had half eaten chocolate which wasn’t disposed of before we moved in. Also, there was no down service.

We loved our room. The Lobby Bar is spectacular. The staff were very friendly and superbly trained. The location is splendid.

This is truly a five star hotel. The lobby is rich and luxurious, and the lobby bar is tremendous. The room is comfortable. The furniture is excellent.
The shower is small for a big person.

The buffet breakfast is exceptional. The location near the Brandenburg Gate is unmatched. Excellent, professional staff.
Our room window was next to a garden “green house” on the first floor which made the room feel quite a bit smaller.

The location is incredible with easy access to everything. The property is beautiful and historic, while the staff are exceptionally welcoming
Overall the facilities are a among however there were a couple of minor issues with our room that detracted from the impression (tv was hastily replaced and didn’t fit the space or framing, fireplace didn’t work,..)

Probably the best hotel we have ever stayed in, in every respect. Exceptionslly kind, freindly and caring staff.
All meals were of excellent quality and quantity.

The room that was given to us initially did not meet our expectations. Right in front of the window, there was the top structure of the atrium roof blocking all light, view etc. But the hotel reassigned us to another room on a higher floor which was good. The room was spacious and amenities very good. Service at breakfast was very good and buffet menu was extensive. The location of the hotel is excellent.
Some of the staff at the concierge desk seem not to be very eager to help. The exception was Mr. Marvin.

Great service is really the hallmark of this hotel as well as location. It so close to the embassy’s and EU commissions it’s always busy.
I think it was redone in 1996 and it shows, could use a design refresh. Italian restaurant was just so so but all staff excellent.

Perfect location very near the Brandenburg Gate and other historical sites. Rooms are also great and the service is impeccable. Breakfast was great and I would like to commend the following staff: Helena of front desk, Melanie Hermes and Meier of F&B.
Lobby just gets so crowded especially during the time when I was there during Christmas.

The spa and sauna, jacuzzi and pool were wonderful. With free fruits and tea. Gym was great! Well equipped.
Room was classic decorated very comfortable. Breakfast was sooooo good with delicatessen specials.
Location is the best!
