Clean. Quiet. Helpful staff. Central location. Amazing (!!) breakfast, very "vegan-oriented". Nice gym. Had a late flight and they let me store my luggage in their storage room so I got another extra day in Berlin :)

This is a pretty, welcoming and comfortable hotel in a quiet street. Very helpful,friendly staff. The room was very comfortable, great bed and shower. Coffee and tea provided. Scumptious breakfast and tea and coffee avaialble during the day. As a single traveller I felt very safe and looked after

The fact that the hotel is unattended after n midnight is very disappointing especially if you are checking out after midnight. The front door is locked and you have to enter through the back door which has access to the lift and stairs only
