Clean and comfortable, 10 min by tram from HBF, 20 min walk to museums, nice neighborhood with many cozy cafes and bakeries around for breakfast, nice little backyard garden to have a cup of tea or spritz in the evening

Very central location but quiet enough to sleep with window open. Cute courtyard and comfy lounge area with coffee/tea.
The curtains didn't do a good job at keeping the light out, lucky I travel with eye mask otherwise it would have been a short night.

Wow, the rooms!! Absolutely gorgeous and spacious and each room is designed differently. Nice and comfortable lobby. Great espresso station and the lovely ladies at reception. Quiet area so easy to sleep well. Thanks for a lovely stay!
Sorry to say the gorgeous room was not well cleaned. One of the drawers had what seemed to be chocolate in it, the floor had stuff on it (discovered when I stepped on it), and the toilet was not completely clean. Suggest providing slippers since the wooden floor is a bit rough and the bathroom tiles are really cold in the winter.

The staff was my highlight honestly! Most amazing people, ready to help and give suggestions on local places to visit. They also offered extra blankets because it was cold. Both room service and reception staff are exceptional! They also had a free coffee and tea station which is a nice bonus!

We liked the hotel and the room. It would be good to have breakfast every day not just Wednesday to Sunday, but it was good to be able to have coffee at the hotel.

Situated in a safe area
Safe did not work, staff said it was defective. Did not offer to replace but to keep my valuables at reception. Room 200 is very small and not very comfortable for the price paid.
No restaurant, hence no dinner and no breakfast.
Wooden floors so sound was at night was horrible

It was clean, easy to find, decorated in an interesting way and with a good bed and shower / bathroom
It was further out than I had imagined (my planning, no fault of the hotel) and it didnt have a reception open into the late evening which meant we couldnt leave our bags on the last day (they very helpfully provided assistance with their sister hotel)
