Not in any particular order, here are the awesome things about the Hollywood: 1. Mr. Hussein! I cannot recall this lovely mans first name, but he was hugely helpful in helping me connect with my airline after they cancelled my flight. I had multiple issues (my own fault) and this gentleman helped me through it all. 2. The staff in general. I ended up calling in the middle of the night to extend my trip and not only was I able to get another room with basically no notice, it was clean and available for us to get into the next morning when we "checked out". 3. Location. This is an excellent area of Berlin; very high end shopping area which also means it is quite safe. Many parks, bakeries, grocery stores, clothing stores, busses, trains and really anything else you would need within 5 minutes. There are two grocery stores open until 10pm in the same block as the hotel. 4. The hotel itself! Super fun vibe, has a movie theater, a steam sauna, a semi-indoor smoking balcony on the top floor which you can stargaze from. The hotel is themed impeccably and is really quite fun.
As a north american this has seemed to be the standard during our trip, but the double beds are separated as twin beds. Again, this is standard across all hotels we went to, but I do wish there was perhaps a mattress cover or similar available on request so one of us wasnt falling down in the middle of the night.

The location is excellent.
No shampoo/conditioner. No wash cloths. Unsanitary fitness room. Steam room doesn’t work. Horrible music noises until 5am making it very hard to sleep. Breakfast is good but overpriced.

I'm pleased with my stay at Hollywood Media Hotel. The personel is nice and helpful, the hotel is modern, the rooms are very clean and cozy. There is a parking garage nearby. Breakfasts are tasty and served in a beautiful eating area. In the hotel there are plenty of symbols, elements, pictures and posters pertaining both to the Golden Era of Hollywood and European Cinema.

Room was great and adequate. Breakfast was plenty with many options. Did not use spa or fitness. Location is also good with many bars and restaurants nearby. Also close to some shops from international brands.

The breakfasts were amazing. I’ve only had such a big variety of delicious food a few times in hotels, and this hotel isn’t even 5-star. The thematic decoration throughout the place put me in a wonderful world of 1980–2000 cinema. The location is also super convenient, close to fancy pubs, restaurants, and shops. The staff was friendly.

Really enjoyed the breakfast! Great selection and variety.
No clear timings on when the gym was opened. The one time I did go to the gym, it was closed. Access to the gym area has windows that are fully open. It was -7C the day I arrived. Not fun to wear winter clothing just go upstairs to the gym.

The breakfast was exceptional, with plenty of options. The location was great, infront of a main street, with lots of stores and a supermarket near. The hotel is easily accessed by many buses and a s-bahn in 600m.

i ordered big room with queen bed, but get with twin, then asked to change with similar room, but change was with smaller and again with twin bed only with big Mattress. if so why they did not change mattress instead of room? and had problems with cleanes. was hairs on bed. and problems with wifi! u had to enter wifi every 24 hours. only i could not understand what to write in fills because was only in german!
