it was unnecessary cycle exercise machine in the room, it was unworkable condition.

You have to change matresses as soon as possible . It is not acceptable to have such kind of matreses in your hotel

Safe location close to museums, restaurants, tv tower and Berlin Cathedral. Liked the self service bar where you could buy drinks and snacks when the main bar wasn’t open. Good breakfast and the room was a good size and v clean with a great shower. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Despite room facing main road, the room was v quiet.
Not easy to see it from the street - nearly walked past it a couple of times

The staff were friendly, the room was spotless, comfy bed, in a very good, normally quiet location and a very nice breakfast with tea facilities in our room.
Unfortunately, we had 2 parties of young adults (guess them to be about 16-18) on school trips staying on our 2nd floor. They seemed to enjoy disrupting everyones sleep. The hotel did take action on the second night of 'noise'. Sadly, the young adults were not a credit to themselves.
