The location was excellent—very convenient for getting around Berlin. The breakfast had a good variety, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay.
The room could have been more practical for a longer stay; it would be great to have a wardrobe/closet for storing clothes.

Our room was exceptionally clean with a fantastic shower. Breakfast was hot and fresh every morning, even when we were later to arrive! The location was perfect for traveling using the U bahn.
The comforter on the bed was quite heavy for someone who sleeps hot, and I did not see a lighter cover to be used. But I definitely could have asked for a lighter blanket - I just didn't, and that's on me!

Clean hotel. Comfy beds. Good wifi. Location near metro stops. Hotel breakfast was really delicious. Was able to check in slightly earlier.
Only thing was bathroom had a bit of unpleasant smell.

Excellent location, clean room.
Very good and diversified breakfast (with also gluten free option for bread at request).
Pillows need replacing. 0 degrees outside and due to the heating system working poorly, the room was a bit cold (lucky the blankets were of good quality).
In the bathroom it was also cold (no towel heater available), especially when out of shower.

The location was good, you can walk to many places.
Breakfast could have had more options, at least fun pancakes for my child would have made us happy.
They were the most uncomfortable beds I've ever slept in. We stayed in a triple room. Our two-person adult bed was also crooked, so you could roll to the left. The sofa bed prepared for our child had a hole in the middle after a while. We woke up every hour until morning; it was a terrible experience.
