Poor
Booked a room with 2 single beds but couldn’t get it! I showed the booking, which clearly stated that our room would have 2 single beds, and the receptionist just laughed stating “it’s a regular Booking marketing trick, a lot of people complain every day.” Also, there’s constantly trash left in the hallways from guests’ rooms. It stays there for hours, so the hallways start to stink, very unhygienic. And the breakfast has a poor selection, very boring, the same every day. The only good thing about this place is location.

Very friendly staff! Breakfast is well stocked and very fresh. Lots of choice and motivated staff to keep it that way. Perfect location, near U-bahn and city centre, but very safe and quiet.

The water in shower was too slow. I couldn’t take a shower. The personnel offered changing room but it was late night and I already had a bad shower experience.

Good location opposite the U-Bahn. Good size rooms, lots of choice of pillows. Very clean , comfortable bed. Tv was ok. Friendly staff. Ok breakfast. Kettle in room with tea and coffee.
