The room was nice and quiet, with a sofa bed for my son. My wife particularly liked the Dove soap, body wash and shampoo provided. There were plenty of plug sockets, although it would have been nice to have some USB sockets as well. The breakfast area was pleasant, with a nice outdoor space too. The staff were friendly, welcoming and really helpful throughout our stay.
There were no bedside USB sockets, which was inconvenient. Breakfast was fine, but not particularly impressive. The selection of cereals was quite limited, with no granola available, and I was expecting a better choice of pastries. There was also no bacon, and the beans and sausages were alternated with another option every other day, which felt a little disappointing.

However, when we entered the room, we found two single beds instead. When we reported this to the reception, we were first told that the hotel was full, and then we received the response, "There's nothing we can do for today." No alternative was offered, and we didn't even receive an apology. This situation made us question how much the hotel values guest satisfaction. It wasn't just the bed – the staff's lack of solution-oriented approach was a huge disappointment as well.

The hotel is perfectly located, a short walking distance from the Alexanderplatz and the Museum Island. The staff were all very nice and welcoming and the breakfast buffet had lots of choice, including gluten-free options. Although the hotel is located quite centrally, it was quiet during the night. We really enjoyed our three night stay at this hotel!

I liked the location, it was near 2 metro stations. It was very comfortable and spacious. Also, free breakfast is okay to start the day.
I didn't like that the bedrooms cleaning was done every 2 days, not daily.

Good location, close to the main attractions. Although our room faced the street, the windows were very well insulated, so we couldn’t hear any outside noise. Friendly and helpful staff.
The biggest problem was the breakfast. The hotel has a dining room that is too small. Every day there was a long queue for a table. First, we had to wait for a table and then wait again for the food. The food was also very poor, with very little choice. The fruit seemed to be from the previous day and was sometimes not good enough to eat.
The taps in the rooms were very difficult to use and could hardly be turned on. The rooms could also have been cleaned better, and the bed linen was not always clean. A dirty duvet was sticking out from under the cover. The soap in the bathroom was watered down.
