Had an amazing stay here! The whole place was super clean and comfortable. The food was fresh and delicious every day, and the Wi-Fi was fast and worked great everywhere in the hotel. Best of all, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment I checked in. Everything was perfect—I'll definitely be coming back!

The location is good. The staff was very friendly. I should mention Luca in particular. Luca attends the bar and restaurant. He is kind and a lovely person. My sister and I were happy to have a few meals at the restaurant.

We were delayed by DB and actually did not arrive until the next day. We were charged for the night which we expected and was clear in written cancellation. However they were very accommodating and when I called they held the room for us and we let them know we did not think we would arrive. They communicated well and the hotel staff was very accommodating. Breakfast was good and the room was just as expected.

Location was good both for walking to some of the things we visited but also to easily get an uber when you have a longer commute or shorter time. Beds were comfortable. Bath was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. The staff were great.
Somewhat a minor issue, and particular to hot summer days, it would be nice to have a mini fridge in the room to keep our water bottles cool and choclate bars solid.

Everything was good. The breakfast was tasty, the location was good, and the room was comfortable. We also had no problem leaving our luggage after check-out, which was very convenient. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

Staff were very helpful. They gave us a handicap room, the bathroom floor had no water barrier, water could run into the room. Toilet was too high for my wife, her legs couldn't reach the floor, at the same time the Toilet paper was too low and hard to reach.

Close to metro station (across the street) and easy access to all the sites and a quiet location. Very good breakfast with large selection and friendly staff.
Beds were firm but not hard. We prefer a softer mattress. AC ran all the time but room stayed warm during the day. Once the sun set, things cooled off quickly.

Clean, comfortable beds, friendly helpful staff, good central location. Quiet (with windows closed).
No obvious AC and the room got a bit hot, didn't want to leave the windows open between possible insects + street construction in the mornings outside.
