The location was good, you can walk to many places.
Breakfast could have had more options, at least fun pancakes for my child would have made us happy. They were the most uncomfortable beds I've ever slept in. We stayed in a triple room. Our two-person adult bed was also crooked, so you could roll to the left. The sofa bed prepared for our child had a hole in the middle after a while. We woke up every hour until morning; it was a terrible experience.

Good continental breakfast. Very helpful staff always ready to help with a smile. Great location; Metro station across from the hotel and a main metro line is only 6min walk. Walking distance to Alexanderplatz and many restaurants.
We only had 1 pillow each! I suggest to add at least 2 more pillows per room!

We did not like much! However the staff was helpful and friendly and the breakfast was adequate.
1) There seems to be a serious problem with drains in that hotel: very strong bad smell in both rooms we tried: we asked to change our initial room because of this but the second one was the same 2) Our sink was blocked and it took 2 days to find a solution as we were told "there is no in-house technician in a 3 star-hotel" ... In a hotel of that size, no technican ? extraordinary! In the end it took the kindness of the receptionist who, going beyond the call of duty, found some pipe unblocker in the hotel cleaning store that she put down the sink herself and it worked. 3) the room is not spacious at all for the price and the space for clothes is redidulously small: The two of us were travelling for two weeks and we needed clothes for that amount of time (good job we had enough clothes as there is no laundry service offered in the hotel, another lacuna). The cupboard there was not even enough for one person checking in for the weeks end! We were given a cloth rack which was a help but it reduced the available space even further in that small room 3) the duvet was terrible: lumpy, bulky and much too heavy for beginning of October. This badly needs changing 4) There is no functioning restaurant in the evening and only very limited snacks at the bar. When you have been sightseeing all day, you dont necessarily want to go out again to find dinner...

Staying with friends of ours, we were in the last rooms at opposite ends of a L shaped corridor on the highest floor. Toilet paper, bring your own as their’s is the roughest I have ever had.

Awesome hotel with very helpful staff at the desk. The girl at the desk with blond hair was so helpful. I wish I got her name I would mention it in this review. We had an early flight in the morning so they prepared a little food for us to take in the morning.
