Exceptional
Location was good both for walking to some of the things we visited but also to easily get an uber when you have a longer commute or shorter time. Beds were comfortable. Bath was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. The staff were great.
Somewhat a minor issue, and particular to hot summer days, it would be nice to have a mini fridge in the room to keep our water bottles cool and choclate bars solid.

Everything was good. The breakfast was tasty, the location was good, and the room was comfortable. We also had no problem leaving our luggage after check-out, which was very convenient. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

Staff were very helpful. They gave us a handicap room, the bathroom floor had no water barrier, water could run into the room. Toilet was too high for my wife, her legs couldn't reach the floor, at the same time the Toilet paper was too low and hard to reach.

Close to metro station (across the street) and easy access to all the sites and a quiet location. Very good breakfast with large selection and friendly staff.
Beds were firm but not hard. We prefer a softer mattress. AC ran all the time but room stayed warm during the day. Once the sun set, things cooled off quickly.

No obvious AC and the room got a bit hot, didn't want to leave the windows open between possible insects + street construction in the mornings outside.

The room says with A/C but it was turned off so we had to open window for the air inside the room to be more cold

I wish there was a coffee machine makes espresso, it was making other types of coffee but not espresso.

Very friendly staff! Breakfast is well stocked and very fresh. Lots of choice and motivated staff to keep it that way. Perfect location, near U-bahn and city centre, but very safe and quiet.

I liked interier, service. the staff is excelellnt
You have to change matresses as soon as possible . It is not acceptable to have such kind of matreses in your hotel
