Breakfast was tasty but limited choice. Location was good for getting to different places and 2 min walk to a s-bahn station. The barman was lovely and able to recommend drinks based on taste. We were opposite the lift and still weren't disturbed by people or noise in hallway.
The staff were unhelpful. Had a blocked sink the entire stay and they didn't fix despite saying they would, they said they were taking off drinks from the bar as compensation after 2 days of no sink but didn't, initially tried to deny they had been told then said oh yes we sent them to a different room number instead. Hairdryer didn't work, bathroom bin was broken and sharp on peddle.

The location is fairly central but on a quieter area, close to trams/s bhans or even to walk is fairly accessible. The hotel is fairly clean, smells great and the staffs are exceptional particularly the ones on the desk and the staff for breakfast :)
The only thing I can really have a comment on is the flat pillows, my neck hurt but otherwise it’s all good.

We appreciated their friendly service, warm hospitality, high standards of cleanliness, and the variety offered at their open-buffet breakfast
It would be more comfortable if there were pillows of different firmness in the room. We would also appreciate it if Turkish news channels were added to the TV channels.
