The location was excellent—very convenient for getting around Berlin. The breakfast had a good variety, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay.
The room could have been more practical for a longer stay; it would be great to have a wardrobe/closet for storing clothes.

Sad to say the worst holiday inn we've stayed. Bad facility it's in renovation on each floor which smells bad. Breakfast so crowded, impossible to find a seat, chaos and dirty floor. The room is small and you can hear next door even it says soundproofing. The toilette in our room was very dirty clearly didn't clean. Elevator is very busy.
