Clean hotel. Comfy beds. Good wifi. Location near metro stops. Hotel breakfast was really delicious. Was able to check in slightly earlier.
Only thing was bathroom had a bit of unpleasant smell.

The staff on the reception desk were excellent. I requested early access to my room beforehand. I arrived about midday and my room was available for immediate use. I was also allowed a later check out time the next day which was very helpful as I had a late flight home. The included continental breakfast was simple but plentiful, although, personally, I would have liked more fruit to choose from.

Location is ok, short walk to the nearest underground station and a little further but relatively short to the main station at Alexandraplatz. We went for the Xmas market and was walkable to both markets. Room was good enough for us, clean and decent size. Staff pleasant and gave us tips to get around. Nothing really round there in terms of bars or restaurants if that’s what you need.
Nothing much bad here apart from a little down the road the area looks a bit sketchy but we found a better route to walk at night.

The hotel is conveniently located. The staff is polite and courteous. Rooms are clean and tidy. Breakfast is quite good but limited in variety. Overall facilities are excellent.
Rooms are small and toiletries are not provided in the hotel room. Not having a refrigerator is also a minus point.

Excellent location, clean room. Very good and diversified breakfast (with also gluten free option for bread at request).
Pillows need replacing. 0 degrees outside and due to the heating system working poorly, the room was a bit cold (lucky the blankets were of good quality). In the bathroom it was also cold (no towel heater available), especially when out of shower.
