The staff were great so helpful and courteous. The location great for where I needed to be. Great value for money. Comfy bed. Good breakfast included. They also had snacks and pizza and drinks 24 hours for purchase if needed.

Breakfast buffet was excellent with great variety, quantity, and quality. Staff and servers were helpful at all times and no station was not fully stocked. Front desk staff were attentive and effective at all times.
Hotel needs to monitor and remove smokers from the hotel entrance-it should not be necessary to enter a wall of smoke to enter the front doors each time. Frig in the room would be helpful.

Room was great. a bit small but that's what you can expect in a european country. Breakfast was subpar. Always cold unfortunately.
Breakfast food that was to be hot was always cold. Not much of a hot breakfast selection. Then again us americans are used to a bigger selection during a continental breakfast.

Room is roomy, breakfast has a lot variety to choose from, and the hotel is only a few subway stops to Brandenburg Gate and other interests.
It was crowded at breakfast peak hour, a good opportunity to share table and chat with others though.

the breakfast was plenty and good quality
the rooms were clean and comfortable
in the last day they let us use the room until 2 PM (2 hours extra)
good (not perfect) location: we had the bus in front of the hotel, but to reach the subway you need cca 15 min
in the dining room was not always very clean (even we were there from the begining of the program).
one of the guys from there was always busy flirting with his female colleagues

Room was too small and with a child on the sofa bed nowhere to sit except for a puff. Breakfast decent except on the first day nothing to go with eggs. No sausage no bacon no ham

The location is very good. Easy access to the central area. It’s a good place for money. Clean and nothing is broken, everything on a place and smart made. Breakfast good. But it’s very German version. Like 7 types of bread, 5 types of slices of meat to put on bread. And cheese. Sweet yogurt and things to it. Tea, coffee, juice. Two types of eggs
If you have any even slight problems with your back- choose something else. We had a horrible last night without sleep. We stayed for 4 nights and it’s had very accumulation effect.

The hotel is at a really nice location, 5 mins to S bahn and walking distance to many sights. The bed are super comfy, there is also a chair and a table to work/write.
Just a mini fridge in the room would make it perfect.
