They met all of our expectations and everything was handled at a very professional level. The rooms are cleaned every other day, and the breakfast is tasty, although not as varied as in some of their hotels in other countries. The location is convenient, with a store right across the street that has everything you might need. There are also almost always bicycles and electric scooters available in front of the hotel for rent.
The only minor drawback was that the tissues in the bathroom were not replaced after we used them. As for the location, it is good, although I personally prefer the Alexanderplatz area as the main center of activity, so I would likely choose to stay closer to that part of the city next time.

The room was modern and clean, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast menu was fantastic and we loved that the tea corner also had fresh mint, lemons and ginger! Such a small detail, and yet something i ve never encountered before - we thought this was very thoughtful. We were very pleased with our stay =]
The room separating bathroom and regular room had quite a big gap below. A bit awkward if you share a room with friends and one s gotta use the bathroom.
