The bed in our room was very comfortable, which made for a good night's sleep. At breakfast, the omelettes were freshly prepared and absolutely delicious. The staff at the cooking station were exceptionally friendly.
During our visit, we experienced several significant issues that were handled poorly by the staff. Firstly, we got stuck in the elevator — a distressing situation in itself — and were met with a lackluster response from the front desk. There was no sense of urgency or proper communication, which only added to the stress of the incident. To make matters worse, we tried using the emergency button inside the elevator, but the connection was never established. This failure in a critical safety feature was deeply concerning and unacceptable. Eventually, after repeatedly pressing buttons for about 5 to 10 minutes, the elevator doors were released. Secondly, there was no hot water available throughout our stay. This was especially disappointing as we were in town for a wedding and needed to prepare for the event. The lack of hot water made it extremely difficult to get ready appropriately. What made matters worse was the complete absence of any prior notice, apology, or gesture of goodwill to compensate for this major inconvenience. This level of service is simply unacceptable for any establishment that claims to prioritize guest comfort. The breakfast setup was another source of frustration. No one explained where to find anything, and while clear signage or guidance might not be strictly necessary, many guests from the wedding were visibly confused and searching around the breakfast area. A little effort to orient guests would have gone a long way in improving the experience Lastly, the bathroom cleanliness left much to be desired. While it may have appeared tidy at first glance, a closer look revealed that it had only been superficially cleaned.

Nice hotel and not too far away from train station and eateries. There is a supermarket just 1 station away. The reception staff - EL Baassiri was particularly helpful with our room transfer. That makes up for our previous nite check-in.

Good selection of food and drinks for breakfast, if only the plates were a little bigger. Plenty of seating available and a very relaxing atmosphere.
One minus point, the fruit juice. Came out of a machine and was diluted with water, multi- vitamin juice had no real flavour.
