Amazing location for the uber arena and east gallery also very near train station and good food shopping mall
The room was quite basic, no fridge iron and basic amenities. Restaurant was also closed to hotel guests due to private function, it would’ve been nice to have that. Staff were all lovely

The hotel was really comfortable and we appreciated the location, as it was next to the venue for the concert we were attending. There are also plenty of food options close by.

Location is amazing. Hotel is very confortable. Berlin is always great. Breakfast was very good and delicious. Restaurant is very easy to reach and quite relax. Also there are lots of drinks and foods in breakfast.
This is my third time in this hotel. This time I really had a trouble in wifi.

We booked the hotel as we were attending a concert at the Uber Music Halls which is right next door. The hotel also sits alongside the East Side Gallery which was lovely. It took us an hour to walk to Alexanderplatz but is a straight road and very safe to walk. We also used the hop on hop off bus which picks up at the East Side Gallery.
Hotel is well situated with the mall and SBhan all within walking distance.
We booked a twin room but we were given a double. The shower partition is frosted glass and if the bathroom light is on you can see right through. Not a problem if travelling with your partner but not when you're traveling with your 17 year old son.
Ended up showering in the dark for privacy.
