Location was great, facilities as expected
There was one very rude woman working on reception unfortunately that tainted things somewhat, rest of the staff were good though. We were served by a new staff member who was lovely, but our friends were served by a senior staff member who was incredibly rude to them, we were quite distracted and worried about them as our lovely person was checking us in next to them.

Great location for the Uber Arena and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed.
I genuinely hate leaving negative reviews, but this is one occasion that warrants it. The service really let the experience down. I had only booked one room (though every other booking I’ve made on this trip automatically allowed two guests), so I’m not sure why this one was different. It was a genuine oversight, but the receptionist was rude, dismissive, and sighed continuously throughout the whole process. She also spoke very rudely to the trainee staff member, which says a lot. When I explained it wasn’t clear in the booking process, she laughed and said it was “pretty obvious to anyone.” I was made to feel like I had deliberately tried to get an additional guest without paying.
Unfortunately, this unnecessary and unprofessional attitude overshadowed an otherwise nice stay.

Very clear and convenient room. Was perfect for both working and staying in the room. The gym is small but serves most of the needs. The area provides many restaurants and shops and the hotel is easily accessible from the airport

it is located right next to Uber arena and the East Side shopping mall. You can access the East Side Gallery easily, too. Buses stops and train stations are nearby.
Almost nothing, but it's more convenient to have a small fridge in a hotel room to keep drinks cold, especially when it's hot outside.

Wonderful
Very clean, very welcoming staff. Close to shopping mall, restaurant's and good public transport links. There are plenty of local places to walk to. We stayed here because we wanted to spend family time at Treptower Park while we were staying this side of the city. We got up early to take photos of the East Side Gallery before the crowds arrived.
