I love everything: the spacious room, comfortable bed and crisp white linen, comfortable chair. The room was quiet and I slept well.
Room temperature is low, I went to the front desk, was promptly giver more blankets!

We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary beverages in the fridge - that was wonderful! It was a spacious and the bathroom was great. Breakfast was also very good and we really appreciated the parking available onsite. Front counter staff were super helpful and friendly! Would definitely stay there again. Only blocks from the underground and an easy commute into the historical areas of Berlin.
I can't think of anything we didn't like about this hotel. We stayed in three during our trip to Germany, and this was my favorite one!

Ok value. Tram station right outside the hotel.
Fitness center with very basic equipment. Staff could be more welcoming. Double bed is simply two single beds pushed together.

Location and cleanliness were highlights.
Grumpy disinterested staff on arrival. Stressed staff member left on her own in the evening to run front desk and manage issues. Poor facilities for drinking water and hot drinks in room. Cramped room. Bath dangerously high to climb into.
