The location was great, right on the tram line from Alexanderplatz. Staff and facilities were very good, though a fridge in the room would have been even better !
Our room was on the corner of the building on the 2nd (or 3rd) floor and there was noise throughout the night, which sounded like some type off generator out on the street.

Very central location. This hotel is more like a bussines hotel, but it offers even if you are for leisure. +Clean and big room. +tram is door to door with hotel
-no minibar -no capsule machine for coffee in room -no slippers -breakfast is with cheapest product ever -asian gir in reception, the most unfriendly person in the world, unhelpful -every noise you can hear clearly

A great, well run hotel. Very, very clean and comfortable. Front desk staff is very helpful and attentive. The breakfast is tasty with many options to choose from - special mention for mango cubes :-). Gym room is also good, although there is just one threadmill. The location of the hotel is good, with a tram stop right next door. Prenzlauer Berg is a great and interesting neighbourhood. I was visiting Berlin for a concert in the Max-Schmelling-Halle and it took a 20 minutes brisk walk to get there.
The underground parking is fully automatic and leaves you a bit worried about the car when the machinery rumbles and "swallows" it. It worked fine and basically is not a flaw - just something that might get you anxious.
