Excellent location, so many nice cafes and bars within a 10 mins walk, tram stop made it easy to get around and direct to train lines from A’Platz.
Comfortable, large kingsize bed with two separate duvets was great! Clean, large bathroom. Room was quiet, we were on the 6th floor. Good and quiet AC when needed.
All of the lights were on one switch/ring. Breakfast was expensive so we only did it for one day.

Excellent location right on a tram line which ran to Alexander Platz, so very convenient. Easy to get to from the airport with public transport.
Breakfast was not included and was a bit expensive at 23 euros per person, so we did not take this option. There was a lovely coffee shop just along from the hotel which we used and was reasonably priced with lovely coffee and light breakfast items.
A comfortable sized room and very clean. The toiletries in the bathroom were lovely - from Rituals.
We were on the 2nd floor in a 'courtyard' room which felt a bit dingy with not much day light getting in.
The towels were a bit on the small side (bath size rather than bath sheet) and thin.

Ok value. Tram station right outside the hotel.
Fitness center with very basic equipment. Staff could be more welcoming. Double bed is simply two single beds pushed together.

Very clean, well presented hotel with lovely staff, it feels like an upgraded holiday inn, very nicely decorated and cosy colours, we loved it here. Nice coffee shop up the road and a tram line right outside, which made it great for getting into Alexanderplatz Good bathroom, raindrop shower, very nice, good bathroom toiletries as well.
All good, no complaints.

This was our second visit. The hotel and rooms thankfully still look very good and they serve a good (albeit pricey) breakfast. Staff is very nice. Would (and probably will) go back.
There was a definite smell in the room and corridor on our floor (perhaps a cleaning product? it did not smell good though), had to keep a window open at all times because of it; thankfully the weather was quite pleasant, so it didn't bother us. They've upgraded the toilet paper since last time ( :)), but the towels are still very thin.

Defensive staff at reception. There was an snafu with our booking showing two rooms booked which wasn’t an issue for us as we had only paid for one so we dint care but the staff trying to “get in front of the issue” started getting defensive and saying we need to take “the issue” up with booking com. There wasn’t an issue! Chill dudes.
