Very big location, breakfast, cleaning, concierge was very helpful. We had problems issuing our invoice but we succeeded in the end.
The lobby, the smell in the floor corridor I felt like I was in a cruise boat.

Perfect location
Boring to the bone plus no hot water on the forst morning, no heating on the forst night, lights in the room working randomly. Shower curtain had large disgusting yellow stains, toilet seat was old and looked used. Breakfast boring for those standard.

I needed to stay in the place of a venue.
Noise from the housekeeping and guests on the corridor was disturbing and the shower just dropping water was not very sufficient ... and finding place during the breakfast was a "mission next to impossible", as it was finding the tea (4 employees did not help, luckily a guest knew the place :-)

Clean, convenient
Took an overnight from NYC. Called ahead of time to arrange an early check in which was confirmed twice. Ben we arrived we were not accommodated.
