From the moment we arrived, the hotel impressed us with its beautiful décor and seamless check-in experience. Families are made to feel especially welcome, with children receiving activity packs and coloring pencils on arrival, a thoughtful touch that set the tone for our stay. The hotel is located in a lovely, safe district, surrounded by attractive open spaces and stunning cathedral views from the entrance. There is also a great selection of nearby bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. As a family of four, we stayed in a Junior Suite and found it exceptionally spacious. The room featured a convenient kitchenette area, a large bathroom with a powerful walk-in shower, and one of the most comfortable beds and pillows we have experienced in a hotel. The lobby area is stylish and inviting, with a welcoming bar and a small self-service shop that is ideal for picking up essentials. The standout feature of our stay, however, was the indoor pool. It was impeccably maintained, well managed, and offered a relaxing atmosphere, with pleasantly warm water that made it enjoyable for both adults and children. Breakfast was another highlight. The buffet was plentiful, well organised, and offered an excellent variety of hot and cold options. A particularly nice touch was the availability of chilled sparkling wine and non-alcoholic fruit juices served in champagne flutes, which added a sense of occasion to the morning. The dedicated Kids' Corner was equally impressive, helping younger guests feel welcomed, included, and catered for throughout their stay. Overall, this is a fantastic family-friendly hotel that combines comfort, excellent facilities, and thoughtful touches to create a memorable experience.
We had access to the Executive Lounge as part of our room package. While this was mentioned during check-in, it was not made entirely clear that the daily Happy Hour included complimentary alcoholic beverages. Outside of Happy Hour, guests can enjoy a selection of soft drinks and juices throughout the day, which is a lovely added benefit. Unfortunately, due to the lack of clarity around the offering, we missed the two-hour Happy Hour and therefore missed the opportunity to enjoy the complimentary wine and beer available during that time.

Great location! Central to everything! Gym was well equipped. Meals delicious but a little pricey
WiFi was TERRIBLE! Kept dropping out and we tried 4 devices (2 x iPhones, 1 x iPad and 1 x laptop) reception told us there were no issues….

The area is perfect, the bed was comfortable, the staff was very nice and helpful
The cleanliness did not reflect hilton quality. There was a bottle cap under the bed the day we checked in, which shows that the room wasnt properly cleaned, the bedside tables were full of dust, the toilet bowl was yellow. Quite disappointing for hilton

Loved my stay in Hilton Berlin. Room was clean and was cleansed every day while I was there. Breakfast was great and staff were very helpful.
Chocolate i bought from the mini market was soft due to the lights shining on them.

Great location, comfortable bed, clean bed sheets, and a nice breakfast buffet. We also appreciated that they provided a baby cot free of charge for our 1-year-old toddler.
We didn’t notice any specific amenities for toddlers. Perhaps there were some available that we simply weren’t informed about.
