Location is good. Great neighbourhood. Staff exceptionally friendly. Bed is very comfortable.
The bottles of water aren’t free and with shops being closed on Good Friday due to Easter and then Sunday. It was a bit of a nightmare! Also didn’t replenish the milk for teas/coffees

We booked two deluxe rooms. My kids were in one room. It was quite spacious where mine was not too spacious, but I went down to talk to the concierge and they moved me to another room, which was spectacular.
This property is in the centre of everything. It’s so clean and beautiful inside and the staff is so helpful. I was very impressed. I would definitely recommend.

Our room was literally falling apart, which is not what I would expect from a “5 star hotel”. Next time I will go with a lower star hotel that actually delivers on services, amenities and quality.

Took an overnight from NYC. Called ahead of time to arrange an early check in which was confirmed twice. Ben we arrived we were not accommodated.
