Good location, clean
Not near the neighborhoods where there’s more history and charm. Hardest beds I’ve ever slept on. I had to sleep on top of pillows. Breakfast was crazy expensive. I wish they had an option that was not the huge buffet. AC did not work too well

You can reach everything in a short period of time. U-Bahn is 50 Meter away. Clean, very friendly and helpful staff.
We had winter sheets , was pretty warm for this period of time, but I think this is personal.

View of the Dome
I had a great room last time and was given a smaller room this time. When I went to ask for a better room at the reception I was surprised how unhelpful and even rude the staff was. The gentlemen said what I paid on booking is how much they speak to clean the room and so I wasn’t high enough on the tier policy to have the room I had last time. Also there was construction going on on my floor with ripped carpet in the hall, etc.

Disappointing
The room was nice and clean, however, outside of the room cleanliness was not acceptable.
The hotel was undergoing renovations, which in itself was not an issue. However, the hallways where guests were staying were littered with debris. The staff were neither friendly or partially helpful. I wouldn’t be in a rush to stay here again

Breakfast was great and staff was very friendly! The location was simply perfect and we could do many things by foot or within a short uber ride.
The room could be more modern. The power outlets and lamps stopped working twice during our stay. The products for showering could be better quality as well.
