Very comfortable bed. Great breakfast with omelette station. Restaurant was a little busy at times as quite a small area given the size of the hotel.
Most of the staff were excellent although a couple were a little officious. A lot of people at the conference were complaining they had no hot water in their rooms.

All staff we met were very helpful and friendly with the exception of the older concerige who was extremely rude and unpleasant when I asked him a simple question regarding a taxi to the airport.

We booked two deluxe rooms. My kids were in one room. It was quite spacious where mine was not too spacious, but I went down to talk to the concierge and they moved me to another room, which was spectacular.
This property is in the centre of everything. It’s so clean and beautiful inside and the staff is so helpful. I was very impressed. I would definitely recommend.
