Very good location and room.
Some of the sockets in the room didn’t work, at the breakfast there were dirty spoons with the clean ones, the staff at the reception kept asking us to pay, although everything was already paid.

Location Breakfast was excellent
Room was really clean, but things did not work, like the phone in the room so had to go down to reception twice. They did not offer to look at it. Fan did not work in the bathroom so had to keep door open having a shower that steamed whole room up. TV channels. Only 1 English speaking news channel. No ability to pay for a film. Luckily I took a laptop for my granddaughter.

PRO - perfect bed and soft bedding - nice and hardworking houskeeping staff, clean room - almost no plastic in rooms - spacious bathroom in king room - comfy bed and bedding - nice location, beautiful buildings in the area, good cafes, Holmes Place in 1 min walking distance - breakfast has good options, breakfast room has beautiful view - Rebecca at guest services was really nice to offer free minibar
CONTRA - building is under construction + pool is not working (zero info was sent by Booking.com about this!!!) - really slow room service (food was totally cold) - there’s no coffee machine in the king room (wrong information on Booking.com site), just a kettle and instant coffee (in a Hilton!) - not effective and loud heating system - ice machine was not working on 2nd floor - minibar was not once restocked during my stay - no security guards or bellboys in front of the hotel - i checked out more than 12 hours ago and the promised electronic bill is still not in my email inbox….

Really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Was here for a weekend trip and it was easy to get around from the hotel. Metro was close by and the same goes for the hop on/off bus. They also have an atm right outside the hotel. Staff was helpful and informative when needed. The hotel cleans the room everyday without any extra cost which was a nice surprise.

The hotel’s location is excellent. The first-floor restaurant during dinner was very good.
The service quality is very poor. At 9:00 a.m., while I was sleeping in my room, a Hilton staff opened the door without my consent. At 10:00 a.m., another staff again entered the room without permission. There was absolutely no privacy. I reported this to the front desk, but they did not even seem to understand the most basic principles of hotel service.
