It’s a off beat nice neighbourhood of Berlin away from the touristy side. Quite hotel with a very nice private feel. Lovely person at the front desk. Rooms with character.
My room was super small - I felt for the money it was way too small.

Quirky old building with reclaimed and vintage furniture, in a fantastic location near Ku'damm and close to multiple tube and train stops. Great restaurants within a 5-10 min walk. Super friendly & helpful staff.
Booked 2 rooms at same price. One was literally double the size of the other. Looking at the plan once we'd checked in, it's obvious that you pay for the size of the bed - single or double - but the rooms are different sizes, so it's pot luck. That just isn't fair and no indication was given on booking or at check in. Breakfast wasn't worth €19. So, we only paid once, then went out to local places instead. Have stayed at other Henri hotels in Germany. For the rooms, this one fell short.

The location was perfect for us. It had the air of an old fashioned club: charming, helpful staff but much updating needed, a bit tired.

Lovely room, friendly staff, loved that the hotel have strived to maintain all the original decor and furnishings. Really liked the 'help yourself' area which meant that you could get a drink or snack at any time.

The hotel is beautiful, clean and the staff so friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is ample and of great quality. The location is great and not too far a walk from the zoo and nearest S-Bahn/U-Bahn station.
I'd struggle to find something that is actually worthy to mention. I'm not going to nit-pick for the sake of it.

Wonderful
Quirky Hotel, more soul and style than the numerous corporate hotels in the city. The location was brilliant, great for shopping, lots of restaurants nearby. Lovely to walks to the east side of the city through the parklands. Great self service bar system and lovely public areas. A hotel of heritage.
Would have liked a bit more interaction with the staff. That being said they were all polite and efficient.

A rare example of a true Berlin hotel "like it used to be" – everything is vintage, even if something doesn't work, it's completely forgivable. Double doors, high ceilings, a great bed, pillows, and duvet. Beautiful interior and wonderful staff! The breakfast is simple but delicious.

Very nice place / different from many other hotels in style. First time here and not the last , the car was placed in a Parkinghouse opposite the hotel ( € 15 pr day ) We took a breakfast one morning and it was ‘Topdollar’.
We noticed that the reception personale could smile a bit more….

We loved this hotel and feel very lucky to have chosen it. It was warm, clean, quiet and cosy and just perfect for our 4 night city break in December. The hotel had a real sense of history and style which we loved. The location was perfect, felt very safe and had easy access to public transport to explore the city. The staff were friendly and helpful at all times and the extensive breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious. We were also delighted by the chocolates and card left on the door to celebrate St Nicholas’ day. Such a perfect touch.
