Location
I had asked for a room not viewing the backyard and that is what I had. Room was very small and I duvet i got on my bed was for a single bed. A kind of too small to somebody that is 175 cm. high and 90 kg. weight. Room had no closet.

Breakfast was the best by far! The staff was also quite helpful and pleasant. Our room was upgraded and Housekeeping worked every day to make our room nice and clean.
The pillows were limp.

The location is great, the neighborhood was nice close to many restaurants and shops. The rooms are clean and cozy. The breakfast is delicious. The internet connection worked fine.
The room could use more lighting and a desk and a chair for those traveling for business.

Other than the front doorbell, everything was as good as usual.
The front doorbell only worked intermittently, often leaving guests waiting outside. I’m not sure why the door needed to be locked during the day, especially if the doorbell was known to be a problem. I don’t recall it being locked during my previous visits.

Room was beautiful. Breakfast (and all extra foods) exceptional. Locations very nice - lots of galleries and shopping.
Evenings were noisy from hotel across the street. It was warm at night so we needed to keep our windows open.

The room with balcony was huge, the bed is soft but very comfortable. We got lucky with the neighbors and it was very quiet during the night. Probably the best part is the position, on a quiet street, with good restaurants, but that leads straight into the main shopping street. You can't beat that location.
The welcoming was strange, they've built their whole idea of feel at home but only if you use credit cards. It's Europe, most of us use Debit. The receptionist didn't mention we have breakfast included, found out on the last day, could have saved some money. Of course the furniture it's older, that's expected in a boutique hotel like this, but some things were simply too worn out like the couch had a hole in the tapestry.
