The design of the hotel and the room was very pretty and fancy. The location seemed good enough. They had 2 elevators and the staff was kind.
The walls were like paper - we could hear everything from the other room, the hallways and the room above us. I wish we were informed by the hotel about the zero-emission zone it is in. So, we could not drive to the hotel with our car - even though it is fully electric. The room was very tiny, which is not a big problem; just mentioning.

We feel the Hotel Henri in Berlin is one of the most charming hotels we have ever stayed in. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and seemed to go above and beyond to meet guest needs. Breakfast was excellent (lots of choice and great quality) and we loved the ambience of the lounge and the pretty kitchen/breakfast area. Particularly welcome was a lovely cheese platter when we got back late one evening after a long day walking around Berlin. Indeed, having home-made cakes etc available in the breakfast area was a lovely feature. The location was perfect and the rooms clean and well serviced. Many thanks to all the staff.
We found the coffee maker in the room complicated to use and would like to have had instant coffee sachets so we could simply make coffee using the kettle.

Absolutely charming hotel! One of the nicest I’ve stayed in, and I’ve been to many. I loved the room and the foyer where you could have a lovely cocktail - plus during the week enjoy snacks as part of the room.

Stylish, elegant room and public spaces. The room was thoughtfully fitted out to be practical and easy to use. Availability of drinks and snacks on a self-service honesty basis very welcome. Unusually good breakfast, wide choice, fresh ingredients, decent coffee. It’s well located for S and U bahn, in an attractive street that was very quiet. Wide range of cafes and restaurants nearby.

Very unfriendly stuff on the reception, they were not helpful and very rude. I couldn’t sleep well as heard sound from doors opening and how people were waking. Not comfortable beds and pillows.

We had the most amazing room which had a lovely balcony with flowers. The buffet for breakfast and supper was excellent and very vegetarian friendly. The staff were helpful and welcoming.

Lovely decor to match the art deco style of the building. Honesty bar was a great idea - help yourself to items from the fridge downstairs and fill in a firm to keep track of what you had. Very good breakfast selection indeed.
Breakfast buffet area was quite a tight squeeze if two or three people all getting things at the same time.
