Good location lovely staff and nice big rooms.
Lift was a little run down and ancient. Bathrooms are good but in need of an upgrade.

Very nice place / different from many other hotels in style. First time here and not the last , the car was placed in a
Parkinghouse opposite the hotel ( € 15 pr day ) We took a breakfast one morning and it was ‘Topdollar’.
We noticed that the reception personale could smile a bit more….

We loved this hotel and feel very lucky to have chosen it. It was warm, clean, quiet and cosy and just perfect for our 4 night city break in December. The hotel had a real sense of history and style which we loved. The location was perfect, felt very safe and had easy access to public transport to explore the city. The staff were friendly and helpful at all times and the extensive breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious. We were also delighted by the chocolates and card left on the door to celebrate St Nicholas’ day. Such a perfect touch.

The whole hotels feels so familiar and cozy like the home you would always like to live in. Meeting staff also feels like meeting family.
The breakfast is nice, and they offer some food and small dishes to be picked up in the breakfast area all day long.
Not the most luxurious hotel in Berlin, not the most elegant, not the biggest hotel, not the largest rooms, not hip among celebrities but exactly the kind of hotel which makes you feel very pleasant and if you enter the building it feels like coming home. My favorite hotel in Berlin!

I had asked for a room not viewing the backyard and that is what I had. Room was very small and I duvet i got on my bed was for a single bed. A kind of too small to somebody that is 175 cm. high and 90 kg. weight.
Room had no closet.
