Wonderful
Nicely renovated house. The apartment was clean, with well equipped kitchen, bed with nice, firm mattress. We used the sauna in the basement which was included in the price. There is a small gym as well. Free parking. We should definitely come back here again when the weather is nice to enjoy the garden. Lovely place.
Some dust bunnies under the bed and in some corners. If you choose apartment on the top floor be prepared to carry your luggages up by yourself, as there is no elevator in the building.

Location, cleanliness, the private access to the lake
Attic wall is low and strongly sloping, what brings high risk of hitting it with head. It concerns only top floor apartments.

We were so pleased to have chosen to stay here. The Havel apartment was so spacious and had everything we needed, a very well equipped kitchen, modern bathroom with excellent large shower. Absolutely spotless and renovated to a very high standard. Lovely and cool in the apartment despite 30 plus deg outside. Very quiet. Fabulous terrace, immaculate garden with many places to sit and enjoy the view of the marina, also sun loungers. Plenty of parking with secure gated parking to the rear. The house is a beautiful building. An excellent Italian restaurant just across the road and a 5 minute walk to the supermarket.

The location next to the lake was amazing. Also the interior , it’s newly renovated and very tasteful furnited. The kitchen had a coffee machine and boiler and was fully equipped.
It was a bit far from Berlin city (at least 50 minutes with traffic )

The area of the property, the privacy, the views of being basically on the water, and the cleanliness/security of the stay were amazing.
I don’t think this was an issue with the property itself but more so with booking.com. The pin for our keys that was on the confirmation email was actually different than what it was. Luckily we stumped upon a couple who are regulars and they got it sorted out with a member on the staff at the property.

Awesome place to stay, nice neighbourhood with amazing nature. Excellent apartments.
A bit far from the center of Berlin. But that fully compensated by apartments' conditions and host's quick response and readiness to help in every way.
