Great location. Very good value for money. I liked the rooms. Nice breakfast. Good facilities.
The two ladies receptionists are a bit distanced and not trying their best to help, they male receptionists are cool though. A bit more vegetables in breakfast (tomatoes for example) can make it better.

Comfortable beds and pillows, excellent shower with strong water pressure, large selection for breakfast, ability to select your room during online check-in.
One side is next to train tracks and there's little, but noticeably noice when train passes by. It didn't bother my sleep.

1. I loved the healthy breakfast option.

1. When it comes to room cleaning service, they never change my bedsheets, they do the bedding daily but no bedsheet change.
2. Also I ran out of shower gel without filling it up, as where I came from, we shower like twice a day.
3. One of the receptionist is sounding like a military commander, she's not nice at all and rushing customers when it comes to communication.
4. They never provide bottle of water like any other international hotels do, they told me to use cup and drink from the toilet tap, they said that's how it's done in Berlin, but I struggled with hydration as I am not from Berlin.

There is no room service or water bottles to drink inside the rooms after a long travel the first thing you want is to look for water to drink.

The convenience of the hotel to the train station, friendly staff and a comfortable clean room.
When the staff slip the invoice under the door at 5am/6am, it woke both myself and my colleague (in different rooms).

Location is OK. Clean rooms, air conditioner works well, fitness spot is OK, internet connection is OK. Breakfast is OK, but could had been more vegetables and how come no Croissants ?
There were no parking space during our stay. We had to drive around the area for a while looking for the parking place at the streets, which was a strugle to find one. Breakfast time could last longer- until 11 a.m. Sliding glass door for the toilet and bathroom - not very good idea- more privacy would be appretiated ?

Everything, location, great room, the buffet is vast and super spacious, the staff is amazing! Max, Sandra, the guy with the beautiful long curly hair. The location is super convenient. I love the Peloton bikes in the gym, that makes an outstanding difference from all the hotel gyms I’ve been. Thank you so much to the staff. I’ve been twice and I’ll keep staying here.

Location suited us really well for 4-night city break. Room was quiet, clean and comfortable with an excellent shower! Nice breakfast with a good hot/cold range. Friendly staff and overall a relaxed and welcoming vibe.
We had a room with a balcony and we felt this needs attention. The outdoor chairs are well worn and didn’t look safe to sit on and lots of weeds growing between the slabs. Also the door to the balcony was difficult to open/close.
