Lovely hotel. Well located. Two stops out on the train. Easy to navigate. Hotel cosy. Trainline runs behind the twin rooms. Loud if you are a light sleeper or have kids but the other rooms were sound proof. Breakfast lovely. Staff lovely. Bar on site. Loads of nice restaurants around.
Nothing much. The room was tight with not much storage but it didnt bother us as we were rarely there.

It had clean facilities and staff were nice. Make sure you get a room in the inner courtyard so you don't hear the trains. Breakfast was average. Close to the U-Bahn.
Parking fees are extortionate! The beds were so uncomfortable. You can feel all the springs. The sofabed was actually much more comfortable than the bed itself. Breakfast could have had more variety

Staff were very accommodating, we were running the Berlin half and they laid on a room so runners could shower and change
A little to close to the overground so you felt every train go past

Rooms were nice and clean and very spacious. Staff couldn't have been more helpful, from allowing us to check out late due to the Berlin Half Marathon and then allowing access to another room for a shower when we got back a little late. They also were very helpful at breakfast. Second time visiting, 1st time with my family and would definitely return.

The property is in a great location has a lot of restaurants and bars around, and train stations so getting around is easy.
Also shopping is excellent you have everything within walking distance.
Everything was great, we just didn’t like the bed and pillows other than that ..
