Breakfast was nice. We checked out on Sunday and they told us checkout time is expanded to 12 on Sunday, which was nice since we had flight in the evening. We had a nice view on the river and Wall gallery.

The breakfast was simple without diversity. The metro station was far from the hotel. Consider the tax on your stay. Far from the city center.

Everything here was great! The staff are helpful and kind. The breakfast is enormous and variety. The location allows easy movement to many places. The bed is very comfortable! I'd def return!

The Location is great - not too easy to reach with public transport but 10 min walk from next transition are fine. The hotel itself is fine; everything looks new and modern - process for Check-in etc. is good. Checkout at 12 is very nice. Staff is professional friendly and helpful.
The hotel seems to me like 100% optimized to act like a luxury hotel but in the same time optimized for profit. Room is very small for the price category; the bed was big but not comfy. Getting a tray for the breakfast and seeing everyone sitting eating from the tray had 3-star vibes - the breakfast is fine but optimized standard. We paid 2xx EUR for one night - maybe that's high because of season or specific demand but it feels too high for the standard.

All the staff interaction, room, breakfast it was good. The location is great, at least for what we were planning to do.
We paid in advance for the room, however, during the first night, my (debit) card was charged for a sum that still remains blocked for probably a month. Not a problem when using a credit card, however I've blocked the card so no subsequent payments were possible.
If this was a case where a deposit is necessary I would have liked to know in advance and I'd also have liked to know the amount and for sure I would have liked for it to be released as soon as possible, but this time the staff actually said that this is normal so I also found normal to block the card. Good luck making random transactions.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! We had requested a room with a river view, and they kindly provided it for us. The staff were absolutely wonderful — very kind, helpful, and always smiling.
The breakfast was excellent. We stayed for three days, and every day they made small changes to the breakfast options, which was a nice touch. One of our favorite parts was the waffle maker — we could make fresh waffles ourselves, and we loved it!
The location was also perfect for us. It’s close to the Uber Arena, the biggest venue for concerts and events, which was ideal since we were attending a concert. There are several restaurants nearby, and there’s even a mall right behind the hotel with two supermarkets, which was very convenient.
Another plus is the bus station (Bus 300), just two minutes from the hotel. It takes you directly to the city center in about 20 minutes.
We really loved our room and enjoyed our stay overall. I just have two small suggestions:
It would be great if guests had access to YouTube and Netflix on the room TV. Also, A larger shower head would be nice, as it could improve the water pressure.
