Everything here was great! The staff are helpful and kind. The breakfast is enormous and variety. The location allows easy movement to many places. The bed is very comfortable! I'd def return!

Location is unbeatable. Several excellent restaurants (e.g. Tony Romas) are around the corner; Uber Music Hall and a shopping mall with cheap & safe parking option (€14 day) within 5 min of walking.
View on the river Spree and the East Side Gallery was the best we had during several visits to Berlin in the past.
Well, even with the help of a technician we never got the TV to work -- radio worked though ;-)

The Location is great - not too easy to reach with public transport but 10 min walk from next transition are fine. The hotel itself is fine; everything looks new and modern - process for Check-in etc. is good. Checkout at 12 is very nice. Staff is professional friendly and helpful.
The hotel seems to me like 100% optimized to act like a luxury hotel but in the same time optimized for profit. Room is very small for the price category; the bed was big but not comfy. Getting a tray for the breakfast and seeing everyone sitting eating from the tray had 3-star vibes - the breakfast is fine but optimized standard. We paid 2xx EUR for one night - maybe that's high because of season or specific demand but it feels too high for the standard.

Clean and good location for Uber Arena
restaurant not offering dinner or lunch. No room service or food available in afternoon or evenings, more like a B&B. AC not working in room either. Bed comfy and shower good. Room not made up and tea and coffee not replenished in room. Had better service in Travelodges.

Location is very good. Station in near. Very good quality for this money.
Breakfest was good, but I would have expected a bit bigger variety of sausages, eggs. Maybe porrige.
We stayed for 4 nights and were told that if we don't request it, the room would not be cleaned during our stay. It was ok by me. But after 3rd night our room was cleaned, I was not ready for that (our things everywhere) and did not see the point (only 1 night left).
