Great breakfast from 6-11 what is more than perfect. The M4/5/6 tram stop is just in front of the hotel, you can easily reach everything in the city. The room size was very good, the beds are comfy. I would stay here again any time.

The hotel is well located, the breakfast was a huge bonus for us and there was plenty to choose from. The staff were great and so helpful, there’s a luggage room which is free to use and very useful after checkout.
The room felt a little small for a family of three, and it wasn’t as clean as we would have expected. There were patches of black mould on the shower sealant and the tray was discoloured. The USB ports also didn’t work.

The hotel overall left a good impression. I really liked the breakfasts — there was a great variety, and no one will leave hungry. Another big plus is the convenient location, close to the city center.
On the downside, there was no towel dryer in the bathroom, which was a bit inconvenient. The shared sliding door for both the bathroom and the wardrobe was unusual — it moves left and right instead of opening normally, which felt a bit awkward at first. Also, the pillows were old, flat, and not very comfortable.

The bar/ restaurant appeared very understaffed. long wait time for drinks. very basic food offering.
The carpets and walls leading to the rooms were very stained and need replacing along with walls stained.
My room was a disabled access room. The bed was very low and uncomfortable

Nice clean hotel, kind people, good breakfast
My question in e-mail before my stay was about possibility to charge my electric car. In e-mail was said that hotel doesn´t have any electric charging wallboxes in garage. When I came, I saw bunch of wallboxes. Sadly, I have asked at the reception and they don´t work at the moment. So I´m confused about this situation.

Great breakfast, staff was polite and helpful, location was fine :)
It is very dated - while I felt it was clean, the carpets desperately needed deep cleaning, there were broken tiles in the shower, mold stains on the caulk, the walls in the hallway were dirty and stained etc. Just needs updating in general.
