Breakfast was quite good, complete with different options. I especially liked the fresh waffle machine. The location was also convenient, a few minutes from Alexanderplatz square. A tram also stops in front of the hotel and there is a very convenient 24/7 shop a few steps from the hotel.
The room was very small for 3 people. The hotel squeezes 3 people into a room for 2. There is no space to open the luggage and limited space to move around. It would probably be fine for 2 people. Be aware the 3rd bed is not a proper bed, but an improvised foldable sofa that opens as a bed. The body soap was just water, not even making a bit of foam. The room service only works after the second night in the room. After room service, they forgot the 3rd set of towels and to refill the body soap that had finished. The room phone didn't connect to the reception. I had to go to the front desk two times to complain. There is no complimentary water or mini-fridge in the room.

Great central location, really nice and friendly staff, great breakfast with so many options. Love the late check out and love the late breakfast times. Fair room with plenty of facilities.
Very stuffy room, can't open the window as it's too loud but the air con did not cool the room, it was one of these built in units but the room stayed at 18°. Had to use my own fan. Terrible pillows, if you like the thinnest feathered pillow then fine but was awful for us. Small room for 2 adults and a 17 year old, had to move around the room sideways to get to anything.

Good location making for easy walk or cycle to the main attractions of Berlin and all inclusive breakfast excellent when travelling with a family.
Carpets and wallpaper outside our room stained, rooms are small.
