Rooms very clean and quiet. Heard no noise from corridor at all. Breakfast was great but much too crowded, lack of tables during busy periods. Plates,cups, food not replenished quickly enough. But tasty when finally got Breakfast. Coffee not great though.
Breakfast replenishment. Lack of staff keeping everything filled out. No cutlery or plates on occasion.

Hotel was so warm and cosy. Staff were absolutely amazing.. Facilities were really good.. For what we paid it was excellent value for money

Good location - trams stop literally just outside - main Alexanderplatz is 7-8 min walk away - good eating options locally and easy to access rest of city - staff excellent and very helpful - breakfast very good with wide range of options and served 7-11
