The property was a in a good location, close to sights we wanted to visit. The lobby is beautiful and check in was efficient. Facilities were well-maintained. The included buffet breakfast had a great variety of delicious items to satisfy guests. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The location of the hotel is very good, very close to bus and tram stops. The staff are helpful and nice, we enjoyed the breakfast, the food was good, it was good to leave luggage in the luggage room because there was plenty of time before check in and after check out.
As I have cervical disc syndrome I had problem with the pillows, they were so uncomfortable and unfortunately the hotel did not provide a better pillow which resulted in neck pain for the entire holiday time.
Besides, the room was very dusty which caused our son to sneeze alot.

The location, the gym, breakfast was good,
The smell of the hotel (not smelly but it could be better). No hot water in the shower. Also nobody controlls the breakfast, so if you pay or not pay for breakfast still do not understand how they controll who eats or not there.

Room was comfortable. No room cleaning on day 1.
Breakfast buffet is awful, it's so busy and very stressful. It's really the worst set up breakfast buffet and you keep bumping into people. Absolutely hated it.

Room was good and bathroom excellent with plenty of clean towels and ample toiletries and breakfast was amazing! Lots of variety and good quality and very relaxed dining times
For a three star property it was very expensive but it was a holiday weekend

Amazing breakfast with lots of lactosfree vegan options
During our 6 days of stay only 1 elevator was serving therefore there is always quiete a long queu. The twin bed is soo small like 1,5 person fits. Rooms doesnt clean, towels didnt change there is no flipflop they sell it(!)

Really good location, nice and comfortable room
Lift was broken, in general took really long for the lift to arrive sometimes we noticed it passed us multiple times not stopping on our floor. During busy season the breakfast is really crowded no matter what tome you go and the section for the buffet is too small for the high amount of people.
