Pretty close to Alexander Platz.
I booked 3 rooms. In the morning it was discovered that one room was with a broken shower that did not work. They could not fix it and could not shower. It was very disappointing that the hotel only offered a 15% discount for this problem they have their honor program but the behavior is not very honorable. I would not recommend.

The hotel is very well positioned and you can easily arrive by foot to the city center. We even took a very long walk from the hotel to the Berlin Zoo as the weather was pleasant. If you don't fancy long walks, though, you have access to trams and buses in front of the hotel or the underground from Alexanderplatz. The room was clean, spacious and the bed was comfy, with clean sheets. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with many choices every day. Even though the tram station is right in front of the hotel, I didn't feel like the noise was extremely bothering and I really am a light sleeper. Nothing that a pair of earplugs can't fix.
Would be good to pay more attention to the shower hygiene and cleanliness - the silicone had mold on it and that is dangerous for the hotel guests' health. Also, if digital check-in is offered, that should properly work and guests should not be asked to check in at the reception either way. Otherwise, I have yet another useless app on my phone that I don't plan to keep installed, unfortunately.

We had a wonderful stay in Berlin and would definitely choose this place again for our next visit. The reception staff were extremely kind, patient, and always willing to help with any questions we had. Their warm hospitality really made us feel welcome throughout the stay. The breakfast had a great variety of choices and everything was delicious. The room was also very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. In addition, the location was excellent — very close to Alexanderplatz, with convenient transportation and easy access to many attractions around the city. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and we highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Berlin.
