Comfortable bed, nice bathroom and shower, helpful staff.
Location a bit souless. Lack of space to put clothes, not even a coat hook near the door. Breakfast OK but hot dishes mostly lukewarm. Internal sound insulation not the best.

Breakfast was mediocre, location good
A staggered breakfast time or hot drinks served at the table as it was dangerous with so many people trying to push past other's with hot drinks in their hands. Hot food was only Luke warm due to too many people trying to get their food at same time and food stations were often empty as again too many people all trying to get food at the same time. Loved Berlin, but would stay at a different hotel next time. Not value for money. I was put in a disabled person's room, which I didn't ask for, I booked a single room with facilities. Only 2 tea bags and the milk was out of date and unusable. The room alarm kept going off every 10 minutes from 11 pm and 12.30 am had to get dressed and go to reception to come to the room to turn it off as they were unable to turn it off. All in all a very bad experience for the price of thr room, should have been much less expensive

The rooms are comfortable, good size and the toilet was spacious The breakfast was exceptional and the staff made all the effort to replenish it.

Breakfast was excellent. Staff was professional and helpful. The noon check-out is very comfortable. It is possible to leave luggage there for the afternoon. Soundproofing in the "courtyard facing room" was fine.
First night there was no hot water (which is not optimal in the winter...). When we asked at the reception, they said it "sometimes happens, but will be resolved tomorrow". This was very inconvenient. Maintenance is not up-to-date, carpets are stained and feel dirty, walls are stained and has a lot of wear as well. The anti-slip coating in the shower was worn out and it was extra slippery. The place was not good value for the price.

The breakfast was very good, the location of hotel is excellent, as its close to Alexandarplatz and Alexa Mall. There are plenty of restaurants around to eat.
The dinning hall where they serve breakfast was very congested, as it gets chocked between 9-10am when most of the guests come for breakfast. The parking space is very limited, its just ur good luck if you can find parking in the basement.

It was in a great location, right down the road from Alexanderplaz.Breakfast was good.
Food at the bar was below average, the nachos were just corn chips with plastic cheese melted on top with a tiny cup of salsa to accompany it. The pizza was a frozen pizza reheated.
