Had to swap rooms because I had 2 bookings for adjacent nights, even though I asked on check-in to stay in the same room

It was clean, spacious and the breakfast was amazing. We could store our bags while not checked in/out.
Beyond the hotel’s control but our room was near a noisy bar and we could hear music until late at night.

the location was very convenient for all the transportation around the hotel.
the room was extremely uncomfortable due to a lack of space between beds and the sofa/bed was broken in the middle and sleeping were very difficult,we booked a family room and I don’t think that room was fit for a family even tho we are only 3 persons.

Location was close to Alexanderplatz, although nothing picturesque. Good (ish) breakfast, the omelette mix was too industrial type. We know it's not eggs...just....show some love to it to make it descent. This was just a block of omelette in a round warmbox
The carpet flooring in the entire floor AND In the room was....filthy. Not just dirty. A hotel carrying the Hilton legacy, even if it is the Hampton series, cannot be operating like this. Stains and dirt where everywhere. Upon giving this feedback to the reception, I received the response that quote "they will soon replace it that's why"....So? No cleaning and hygiene standards until the hotel is closed for renovation?

Good breakfast, polite and professional staff
Room cleaning is not done on a daily basis, at least basic cleaning should be done upon customer request. It was told to me that cleaning is done every second day.
