Great central location, really nice and friendly staff, great breakfast with so many options. Love the late check out and love the late breakfast times. Fair room with plenty of facilities.
Very stuffy room, can't open the window as it's too loud but the air con did not cool the room, it was one of these built in units but the room stayed at 18°. Had to use my own fan. Terrible pillows, if you like the thinnest feathered pillow then fine but was awful for us. Small room for 2 adults and a 17 year old, had to move around the room sideways to get to anything.

Good location making for easy walk or cycle to the main attractions of Berlin and all inclusive breakfast excellent when travelling with a family.
Carpets and wallpaper outside our room stained, rooms are small.

Clean and modern. Lovely bar and seating area. Lovely eating area for breakfast. Breakfast very good with lots of choices. Tea and coffee facilities in room. Although on a busy road with trams, the room was quiet and had air con if needed. Easy for transport; we ordered Ubers on an app but the trams were right outside. Once we knew where everything was (a river cruise helped us out), we did a bit more walking.
First time in Berlin. Another time we would probably stay at the Hampton by Hilton that we could see near the river, just for a better location only, but I couldn’t fault the hotel in general.

The location was great. The hotel is 10 minute-walk away to the popular spots and the public transport.
We stayed 3 people in one room. The size of the room is too small and the third bed is very uncomfortable.

The bath area in bath room is very open that water goes out. And we needed to put towels but still the water was all over. It was therefor difficult to use with a child.
