Location is normal. Breakfast was also normal. Not the worst, not the best.
The biggest disappointment there was no frig or mini bar in the room. I don't mean snaks and bavareges, I mean just little frig to keep water and some food. It was very bad experience, especially in the summer time. Also tram noise from the street was disturbing.

The location is superb and the breakfast was very good. The kids have a memorable impression of Mr. Freddie who checked us in. They looked forward to seeing him every time we passed by the reception.
The rugs along the hallway to the rooms looked old.

Wonderful breakfast with a wide selection. Good location. Even though we arrived very early, the room was clean and ready for us to use immediately.
The room for three people was a bit too small, and the sofa was quite worn out (sagging), making it uncomfortable to sleep on.

We liked staying in this hotel. The room was good-sized and very quiet, although it was facing a main street. The staff was very polite and helpful. The breakfast buffet was full of fresh options. I also appreciated their environmental approach to room service.
Everything was excellent, but I wish there were bretzels in the breakfast buffet!
