There was no refrigerator. The room was very dirty. The carpets were awful and smelly. It's only in a central location. It's not always clear who's entering or exiting the hotel. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. It's impossible to find a vacancy in the breakfast area.a

Location was very important. As tourist, I need access to public transport.
Everything was ok but if I need to choose something, I would say the breakfast can be a little different from day to day. Maybe doing some changes in the menu everyday, will be more attractive.

The breakfast area was jam packed with no room to walk. The bed was horrible. Like a board and I am handicap. I tried to check out early due to the bed issue but they said I had to contact booking.com I contacted booking.com and then they denied refund.

Very quiet and comfortable rooms, very good breakfast. Location is also so good good connections to tram and Alexanderplats underground station.

The area around the hotel is incredibly hot during sunny summer days. But public transport is available nearby so it's easy to get to and from the hotel.

Hotel was very clean, updated, and breakfast was amazing. Great location close to Alexanderplatz and central to many areas. Great for a 2 night stay in Berlin. Staff was nice.

The breakfst was perfect and the cleaness was perfect also , room small but very comfrtable .
They didn't put water in the room , and there is no refragerator in the room , and when i ask for a bottle of water (even only for the first day) they refuse .
