Location is normal. Breakfast was also normal. Not the worst, not the best.
The biggest disappointment there was no frig or mini bar in the room. I don't mean snaks and bavareges, I mean just little frig to keep water and some food. It was very bad experience, especially in the summer time. Also tram noise from the street was disturbing.

Clean, modern and felt new. Good bathrooms. No noise from corridors or other rooms. Great location close to Alexanderplatz and right next to the tram stop. Good breakfast choices aswell.

Very helpful staff. Room was ready even though we arrived about 4 hours before check-in time. They also let us keep the room until 1pm on our last day for no extra charge. Great location about 5 minutes walk from Alexanderplatz. Gym was well equipped - more than adequate to get a workout in every day and available 24/7. Excellent breakfast, plenty of choice, though it does get very busy.
Aircon in room could have been a bit more powerful, though it was particularly hot during our stay. A fridge in the room would have been useful.
