Location is good, very close to u-bahn&tram station. Room was clean
Only one lift was operating on the day we checked in, need to wait long time. It’s very inconvenient for people with large suitcases.

It says parking available but there were no parking available when I checked-in, after 5hrs drive I needed to go look for a parking in a city that I don't know. Nowhere it says parking is subject to availability

Breakfast had a nice variety. The waffle station was my son's favorite! Quiet, well located hotel. The staff set up the extra bed at no charge, that was very kind of them. Super nice staff. Well located hotel. Easy access to a good array of restaurants around (they actually hand out a list of restaurants). The hotel is family friendly, and pet friendly. Huge TV screen in the room a major plus. Nice view from the room.
The room was too small for the three of us. I think the double bed would be a challenge for only two people in the room. The mattress was hard, but that's a personal choice, I don't blame the hotel.

Location was great, room was good sized, very nice view from the room. Tea, coffee facility was good. Bathroom was good size, clean and tidy. TV worked fine

I stayed for three nights and had a very pleasant experience. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was rich, and the staff was professional, kind, and helpful
