Lovely room with good location close to tram and Alexanderplatz, quiet rooms never heard another guest of the traffic
Shower was powerful but the water couldn't drain away quick enough so had to keep turning on and off

I don’t understand those slide doors to bathrooms. Why making it so privacy-proof? Breakfast is poor. Mostly low quality, processed food

The breakfast was good
Being put in a disabled bedroom without being asked. Digital toilet on white disabled bar was intermittent. Only cleaned once whist there. And then didnt change the sheets, just made the bed.

Location is just next to big streets and ambulance with siren is constantly driving up/down whole night. Acoustic comfort does not exist. Garage can not be called that, its only 29 places including handicapped and charging places. So, it will be a really coincidence to find the free spot.

The location of the hotel is excellent, close to S-bahn and bus stops, but also close to supermarkets and other shops. The breakfast was rich with many options, including a variety of lactose-free products and fresh waffles. People in the reception desk were very helpful and friendly and helped us with public transport and finding a taxi.
The cleanliness of the room could definetely be improved (for example spider webs on the ceiling).
