I have booked a family room at Hampton by Hilton several times in several countries and the standard is the same. It is very good that I know what to expect. Everything is functional, everything works and is tidy. Beds comfortable, two pillows per person, good breakfast, good value for money.

It has always been a pleasure to stay at Hampton! What drags me there every time and I will be completely honest is the waffle maker at breakfast... Gives you an incredible start of the day. Location is great - close to public transport stops, shops and Alexanderplatz is 5 mins away. We had a late night flight at were able to leave our luggage in the hotel. Staff was super friendly during our whole stay.
Room was a bit smaller, pillows - uncomfortable. There are no single use slippers in the room which is not ideal for winter, when shoes are dirty, even if you take them off outside of the room.
