The location was great with regards to public transport. Breakfast was good.
The sofabed was incredibly uncomfortable. The mattress was too thin and you could feel the metal construction of the bed. I couldn't walk or sit properly for a few hours after 1 night. Even with the provided extra blankets upon complaining about the sofabed. I swapped with my children, but the main bed was on one side too soft (it collapsed) and the other side too hard. I did however not reported this.

The location is superb and the breakfast was very good. The kids have a memorable impression of Mr. Freddie who checked us in. They looked forward to seeing him every time we passed by the reception.
The rugs along the hallway to the rooms looked old.

Located not that far from centre. Food was nice.
Bed was so hard that my back hurt in the morning (I’m used to hard mattresses). The carpet in the room had stains on it. They didn’t clean much and our trash-can was overflowing by the second day.

Close to public transportation and everything you need. The breakfast was varied and delicious, the room was clean, and housekeeping is provided after the second day of your stay.
The lack of a minibar or a small refrigerator was a downside. We had medication with us that needed to be kept refrigerated, but there was nowhere to store it, so we had to interrupt the treatment.
