Location was good
Breakfast was very busy difficult to find any tables
We went at different times
Housekeeping was really bad
Our shower gel container and body lotion containers were both empty
The rooms were meant to be cleaned every 2 days- the sheets were stained and not changed for the 3 nights we stayed
There was no wardrobe space for anything

Theres no drinking water provided in the room.
Its a minimum courtesy to provide basic essentials.
Paying for stay with breakfast we ended up buying drinking water. when asked for refill we were told to use taps from the bathroom.
Which is highly not acceptable and unexpected response.

The hotel is decent and break is good and plenty. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful.
It was traumatic for us - in the morning of our last morning before checking out to catch the train, we found the hotel room couldn’t be opened from inside - the door was completely locked for reason we didn’t know. Then we found the phone on the bed-stand was actually not working at all. The phone and a button on the wall were blinking at every night which were very annoying for sleep but it didn’t work at all when we needed it. The emergency string in the bathroom didn’t work either. There were two buttons in the hotel room which look like emergency calls and neither of them worked. I’m just a traveler from the USA - my phone has data but I couldn’t make local phone calls. Eventually, the only thing I could do was to call fire emergency 112 from my phone. We eventually escaped the room but I couldn’t imagine if there was a real emergency like fire or something else. Very traumatic experience in Berlin!

Room size was good with comfortable beds and pillows. Quiet. Breakfast was good hot and cold buffet although was extremely busy with limited places to sit when busy. Location convenient for Alexanderplatz and access to S and U-Bahn (10 mins walk).
Although advertised as having parking (and this was the reason for us choosing this hotel), only about 25 un-reservable car spaces (including disabled and EV charging) for approximately 340 guest rooms. Hotel should be much clearer about basically having no parking on site.
Bathroom is effectively a wet room but has zero places to hang any dry clothes to change into after a shower.
No plug for sink - wastes water.
Room was not serviced during a 2-day stay.

The location is excellent, so close to the underground etc.
The bed and pillows were very comfortable.
Good selection at breakfast and loved the waffle maker.
Nice and quiet.
The fitness center/gym isnt that good. Its very small, hardly any equipment.
The Peleton bike doesnt work properly.
Would be good to see what hot breakfast options are provided for the week as it seemed to change each day.
The tv in the room didnt work.
Very expensive for snacks/drinks at the hotel €5 for a 500ml bottle of coke zero......
