- Great central location in Berlin and reasonable pricing. - Very comfortable beds and a generous TV size. Excellent soundproofing as well—despite being near busy streets, the room was remarkably quiet. - Friendly, helpful staff whenever assistance was needed. - Strong, reliable Wi-Fi signal. Convenient check-out time (12:00 PM). - Good quality breakfast with a reasonable variety of options—nothing over-the-top, but nicely adequate.
- While daily surface cleaning (dust, floor dirt) was fine, maintenance standards fell short in key areas: --- Visible black mold on the shower silicone and tile grout, which should be easily addressed with modern cleaning products --- The TV remote was sticky and dirty, requiring wet wipes to clean before use. --- Hallways had noticeable marks from missing baseboards, giving the impression that maintenance has been neglected for a while. - The hotel has a very small parking lot, and spaces cannot be reserved in advance. I ended up driving around in heavy traffic looking for an alternative spot and had to walk 500 meters back to the hotel with my luggage. Having visited Berlin several times a year for weekend trips, this was the most time-consuming parking experience I've had. Overall, the hotel is fine, but it is best suited for travelers using public transportation rather than driving in my opinion. Given the minor maintenance flaws and parking issues, you can likely find slightly better options in the area for a similar price.

The staff was friendly, the room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Close to public transport. The breakfast selection was fantastic!!
Not necessarily a bad thing, but as a foreigner to Germany, I was very surprised to not find free bottled water in the room in such a highly rated hotel. Remembered tap water is safe to drink in Austria and did some quick research: turns out, Berlin water is also safe to drink. It would be nice if this was advertised in some way in the room for others from countries where this is not the case and whom might not think of this option.

The location is ideal. The breakfast facilities are numerous, and the room was very comfortable.
The kettle was missing from the room when I arrived, but that was soon rectified by a trip to Reception.

Unfortunately there were NO Signals in the room. The phone didn’t work, and nor did the mobile data or hotel‘s Wi-Fi, which was very inconvenient!!
