The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options to suit every taste. Even during a 4–5 day stay, there were different choices every morning, so it never felt repetitive. The location is very central and well connected to public transportation, with plenty of lunch and dinner options nearby, and many historical attractions are easily accessible on foot.
During room cleaning, our daughter’s Daisy Duck plush toy, which has been her sleep companion since infancy, went missing. We believe it may have been accidentally taken to the laundry with the bed linens. Although we informed the reception several times and contacted the hotel via Booking.com, email, and phone, we never received any feedback — not even confirmation that it was not found — which was disappointing.

We were missing a dinner restaurant near by as the hotel served only the breakfast.
The only minus was the lack of a restaurant in the hotel or even near by.

Centrally located so convenient for travelling around the city. Breakfast buffet spread is amazing-almost too much to choose from! The pillows on the beds were perfect & very comfy.

Location is just perfect, breakfast is good with some variaties but can be more, the staff are very helpful, only have one comment on freddie from reception he needs to be more hospital and friendly as in 2 situation he could help me directly but I had to ask him to do it for example the checkin but overall all is good

not happy with how clean it was. bed sheets were not the cleanest,bathroom had some spots of mould and for some reason room cleaning service never showed up next morning.

Location was great, friendly staff, nice breakfast with a fair variety. Felt safe and comfortable as a solo traveller.
The trams were noisy outside, even wearing ear plugs. I got used to it after the first night though.
