Everything was fantastic. The room and the hotel in general was clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect. Highly recommend...we will be back!

As usual, breakfast was good and location is good with 10 minutes walk to Alexanderplatz S+U stations. Pizza at the lobby bar was delicious.
One of the lifts did make some screeching noises when they were moving. At reception they said that service had been ordered.
The automatic shut down of the water kettle in the room did not function so the handle was very hot when I finally turned it off. There was a sticker at the bottom indicating that next check of the kettle should take place in November 2025. Apparently this check had not been done yet. I informed the reception about this when I checked out.

Great location just 5 minutes from Alexanderplatz, with very easy access to train, bus, tram, and Big Bus routes.
However, the rooms are small and the carpet was stained, and not properly cleaned. The hotel does not offer slippers, and you have to buy towel slippers at reception for €3 — so bring your own. Bed linens were clean and breakfast was adequate.
Overall, good location but the carpet condition was disappointing.

Good breakfast. Near (10 minute walk) from Alexanderplatz S and U stations. Good chair. Big safe in the room.
Although the window sound isolation is quite good alarm vehicle sirens from the street below are quite loud and may start around 6 am in the morning

Check-in was actually quick and smooth. The only major issue was that they accidentally assigned me someone else’s room. When I entered, another family was already inside. They apologized and offered me a drink.
