We had a wonderful stay in Berlin and would definitely choose this place again for our next visit. The reception staff were extremely kind, patient, and always willing to help with any questions we had. Their warm hospitality really made us feel welcome throughout the stay. The breakfast had a great variety of choices and everything was delicious. The room was also very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. In addition, the location was excellent — very close to Alexanderplatz, with convenient transportation and easy access to many attractions around the city. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and we highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Berlin.

Nice and comfy place within walking distance from Alexanderplatz. Parking in underground garage with possibility to use it far after the checkout was great benefit.

I don’t understand those slide doors to bathrooms. Why making it so privacy-proof? Breakfast is poor. Mostly low quality, processed food

The breakfast was good
Being put in a disabled bedroom without being asked. Digital toilet on white disabled bar was intermittent. Only cleaned once whist there. And then didnt change the sheets, just made the bed.

Location is just next to big streets and ambulance with siren is constantly driving up/down whole night. Acoustic comfort does not exist. Garage can not be called that, its only 29 places including handicapped and charging places. So, it will be a really coincidence to find the free spot.
