As usual, breakfast was good and location is good with 10 minutes walk to Alexanderplatz S+U stations. Pizza at the lobby bar was delicious.
One of the lifts did make some screeching noises when they were moving. At reception they said that service had been ordered. The automatic shut down of the water kettle in the room did not function so the handle was very hot when I finally turned it off. There was a sticker at the bottom indicating that next check of the kettle should take place in November 2025. Apparently this check had not been done yet. I informed the reception about this when I checked out.

Great location just 5 minutes from Alexanderplatz, with very easy access to train, bus, tram, and Big Bus routes. However, the rooms are small and the carpet was stained, and not properly cleaned. The hotel does not offer slippers, and you have to buy towel slippers at reception for €3 — so bring your own. Bed linens were clean and breakfast was adequate. Overall, good location but the carpet condition was disappointing.

Although the window sound isolation is quite good alarm vehicle sirens from the street below are quite loud and may start around 6 am in the morning

Check-in was actually quick and smooth. The only major issue was that they accidentally assigned me someone else’s room. When I entered, another family was already inside. They apologized and offered me a drink.

“The hotel is excellently located, 500 m from Alexanderplatz. The breakfast is varied, the rooms are spotless, small in size but very comfortable and equipped with absolutely everything you need. Very close to a City Bus Hop-On Hop-Off stop, with the possibility to purchase any type of transport ticket, the Berlin Welcome Card, or a city bus tour directly from the hotel reception. A charming Italian restaurant (Kiyano) is just a few steps away, and Hofbrau, with local cuisine, is only two more steps further.

Has great location where you can walk to Aleksanderplatz. It is a big hub of public transportation. Definetly recommend getting room with breakfast. Room was a bit small but very clean.

Staff were friendly, especialky the bike lady! Adorable!
Besides having general renovations next to the reception, the corridors were extremely dirty (carpets, walls). Room cleaning was every 2 days and when done, it was very superficially done. Mostly change of towels and a bit vacuuning. The shower plate was incrusted with calcium, which could be easily solved. The feeling is of abandonment and not a proper standard of cleaness.
