The carpet is old and dirty. I could not park under the hotel as there was no system to book, and it was full. When they advertised "parking facilities," they should have added "IF YOU'RE LUCKY"

This hotel is a fantastic location, short walk from alexanderplatz and the station to get pretty much anywhere. The hotel is clean, staff are really helpful and friendly and the rooms are really comfortable, bed is lovely and firm and the shower is really powerful! Breakfast was also good considering its included.
I think the room could do with a fridge and some small amenities like a shower cap. Our room also wasnt cleaned , our towels were just refreshed , it would have been nice for our bed to be refreshed too.

The location was great as it was close to all sorts of public transportation. It was easy to get to the "M" lines. Within 10 minutes to Alexanderplatz Square to get on the S or U trains. I also liked the expansive hours of your breakfast in the morning. It was nice that it went until 11:30 am on the weekends and 11 am on the weekdays.
