The location is excellent, so close to the underground etc. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Good selection at breakfast and loved the waffle maker. Nice and quiet.
The fitness center/gym isnt that good. Its very small, hardly any equipment. The Peleton bike doesnt work properly. Would be good to see what hot breakfast options are provided for the week as it seemed to change each day. The tv in the room didnt work. Very expensive for snacks/drinks at the hotel €5 for a 500ml bottle of coke zero......

The staff is unfriendly. They answer any questions with ridicule. The rooms are poorly cleaned; we found a ton of hair and even crumbs from previous tenants' food in the nightstand, which means they never clean it. Breakfast is limited, and you have to wait a long time. The price doesn't match the quality.

Location central
The wifi was not working for a whole day / night of our first day of stay. Even though staff advised it would be fixed by the afternoon. Off putting to enter the hotel entrance each time, with a number of smokers standing on both sides of the entrance doorway where the ashtray stands were located. Surely there is a better location such as further down the building to position these. The ground slso littered with cigarette butts on it. Handheld shower in room not placed correctly, difficult to shower. This is the second time we have stayed at the hotel and won’t be back.

Staff at the check in could be a bit more attentive. But perhaps they are just poorly paid. Also the scrambled eggs - they looked as if they were made out of powder.

The location was good. Open buffet was decent. Overall clean.
Some receptionists were not welcoming, and we didn’t feel like talking to them at times. Wifi went offline for a whole day. Room telephone never worked during our stay. Hotel bed was very narrow, and this has been quite a shock.

We were disturbed 3 times. 1 time even woke up at 8.30 by the cleaning staff without a reason. After dressing up and opening the door the staff escaped. Weird behaviour and suspicious.

Nice clean modern hotel in a good location. Easy transport links ( trams / buses ) within 150 metres. Tube system ( U / S ) are around a 5 minute walk away. Good selection for Breakfast. Good selection of restaurants within a 10 minute walk. Was able to check-in earlier than standard check-in time.
Booked an accessible room by mistake, suspect the room layout was a little more functional than standard rooms.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a fantastic stay here. The location couldn’t be better — the tram station is literally right opposite the hotel entrance, extremely convenient for getting around Berlin. We had an issue with the shower, so Manager Quadill moved us to a new room straight away. He personally visited us to make sure the new room was comfortable and everything was perfect. He truly went above and beyond, making our stay comfortable and really memorable. Thank you. Breakfast was excellent too, with plenty of choice including great vegan options. The hotel is clean and modern. Truly value for money. We’d definitely stay again! highly recommended!
