Breakfast was good. Personal was helpful.
Location is just next to big streets and ambulance with siren is constantly driving up/down whole night. Acoustic comfort does not exist. Garage can not be called that, its only 29 places including handicapped and charging places. So, it will be a really coincidence to find the free spot.

The bar/ restaurant appeared very understaffed. long wait time for drinks. very basic food offering. The carpets and walls leading to the rooms were very stained and need replacing along with walls stained. My room was a disabled access room. The bed was very low and uncomfortable

We booked a double room with courtyard view but we had a room with street & tram view. When we asked the reception, they said that it is the same quality.. but no courtyard view. But the rest was great.

the location was very convenient for all the transportation around the hotel.
the room was extremely uncomfortable due to a lack of space between beds and the sofa/bed was broken in the middle and sleeping were very difficult,we booked a family room and I don’t think that room was fit for a family even tho we are only 3 persons.

The unfriendly staff and not flexible at all. I had to pay twice for my booking. So disappointing. If the ai chat does work, remove it!!!

The size of the room was suitable for 3 adult accommodation. It was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was very nice. Our room was facing the courtyard, was very quiet and has a nice view of TV Tower. The location was great — you can take the M5 or M8 from Hauptbahnhof and get off right in front of the hotel, which is very convenient.
I believe two complimentary bottles of water should be provided in the room. When I asked at the lobby, I was told that only elite members receive water. There are tea bags and instant coffee available, but no water to prepare them. There are no slippers in the room; they are sold separately. Additionally, there are not enough hangers in the bathroom which was very inconvinient for 3 adults, and guests should be careful when taking a shower because the shower curtain does not fully prevent water from spilling outside.
