The unfriendly staff and not flexible at all. I had to pay twice for my booking. So disappointing. If the ai chat does work, remove it!!!

The size of the room was suitable for 3 adult accommodation. It was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was very nice. Our room was facing the courtyard, was very quiet and has a nice view of TV Tower.
The location was great — you can take the M5 or M8 from Hauptbahnhof and get off right in front of the hotel, which is very convenient.
I believe two complimentary bottles of water should be provided in the room. When I asked at the lobby, I was told that only elite members receive water. There are tea bags and instant coffee available, but no water to prepare them.
There are no slippers in the room; they are sold separately.
Additionally, there are not enough hangers in the bathroom which was very inconvinient for 3 adults, and guests should be careful when taking a shower because the shower curtain does not fully prevent water from spilling outside.

Location was great, room was good sized, very nice view from the room. Tea, coffee facility was good. Bathroom was good size, clean and tidy. TV worked fine

The location.
The couch bed was filthy and the rooms were very small, and the parking at the hotel only had room for approximately fifteen cars. When you arrive in the evening you will have to go to an off the property parking lot about three blocks away. And the charge for parking was 29 euros per night. The only good thing about the hotel was its breakfast. Good luck.

The breakfast area was jam packed with no room to walk.
The bed was horrible. Like a board and I am handicap.
I tried to check out early due to the bed issue but they said I had to contact booking.com I contacted booking.com and then they denied refund.

The breakfast was very good, the location of hotel is excellent, as its close to Alexandarplatz and Alexa Mall. There are plenty of restaurants around to eat.
The dinning hall where they serve breakfast was very congested, as it gets chocked between 9-10am when most of the guests come for breakfast. The parking space is very limited, its just ur good luck if you can find parking in the basement.

The hotel was very centrally located, making it extremely easy to get around and access all major attractions. It was clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay throughout. The breakfast was rich and exceeded expectations, offering a great start of the day.

Room was clean, nice and it met all my expectation. Staff was OK.
I don´t like hotels which have restaurants, breakfast rooms and bars on one floor but the WC is on another floor. Furniture in lobby getting a little worn out and outdated. There was something which you might call English Breakfast except like in many Berlin hotels, you are only offered bacon every second or third day. When you offer people orange juice at breakfast I EXSPECT it to be real fresh orange juice not some cheap water mix from a machine. The sausages were cheap not top German quality. If you are a walk in guest your money are not welcomed as well if you wanted to buy something from the bar/shop before 3 pm you were only offered to pay with credit card but after 3 pm they accepted your cash. I do NOT do business again with companies which don´t accept my money. And I HATE when I can not go away from my breakfast table for 20 seconds to refill my cup, glass or get another piece of bread, then the staff has already moved my plate or what ever it is when I come back. Allow me to finish my breakfast before you remove my plate, cups, glasses and cutleries.

Very Good
Location was great, friendly staff, nice breakfast with a fair variety. Felt safe and comfortable as a solo traveller.
The trams were noisy outside, even wearing ear plugs. I got used to it after the first night though.
