The staff are very nice and the breakfast is amazing. Room was serviced each day with fresh towels.
Laundry service quite expensive - it would be good to have an alternative.

Location was great - close enough to walk to the centre but quiet and calm surroundings.
The hotel was very comfortable, very clean and the staff were all extremely helpful and pleasant
Our rooms didn’t have tea/coffee facilities but it didn’t bother us too much.

Wonderful
Lovely, friendly staff who warmly welcomed me and gave me a room upgrade on arrival. Super comfortable bed and beautifully quiet hotel, with excellent shower. The breakfast was superb. Close to lovely parks and walks. I look forward to visiting again very soon.
Nothing. Maybe just the addition of a coffee machine/ kettle for tea in the room would be nice to have.
