I was extremely impressed with cleanliness, consistently friendly and helpful staff, and the amazing breakfast! The gym was a standout too-it’s great position offering fantastic city views made my workouts even more enjoyable. Plus it’s convenient near the train to the airport and just 12 minutes from the shopping areas made everything so accessible. What really stood out was returning to a spotless and tidy room after each day out- a welcome contrast to my experiences in Copenhagen and Stockholm.
Honestly there wasn’t anything I disliked. I was such a consistently positive experience. In Copenhagen and Stockholm, I was disappointed that my room wasn’t cleaned until the day of checkout, so the daily service at Grimm’s was a real treat.

Location and room’s size were good
The wooden floor without carpet or even a small rug near the bed was not very comfortable. Walking barefoot was not very pleasant.

The location was probably the only thing I enjoyed. Did appreciate the cleaning of the room daily.
I wasn’t told about anything when I arrived, if I wanted breakfast, about the WiFi. The hotel prices made it seem more luxury but no the hotel room was a bit run down and wasn’t worth what I paid.

Everyone was very attentive and accommodating, the hotel is conveniently located in a beautiful and quiet area at walking distance from Potsdamer plaza, which is a connecting hub with plenty of great places to eat. The museum of German technology, as well as the Berlin Bunker is a less than 10 minute walk. At the hotel the breakfast was exceptional with a great variety of food and excellent coffee whereas dinner was incredibly tasty and fairly priced. The sauna was great as well and the decorations were descriptive of the Grimm's tales. What a great experience! Thank you all!

The restaurant staff and dinner was very good. I also appreciated the room upgrade! The breakfast was good, especially the eggs, i just wish there was more fruit.
We couldn't find the patio and were told the last day we needed a code. That would have been helpful information at check in. The guy who checked us in wasn't very helpful with recommendations of places to go. Although, he was the only staff member that didn't have exceptional service, everyone else was great!

I had a great stay here. The room was nice, spotless, and very quiet, with a beautiful view from the window. The staff were genuinely friendly. Breakfast was good too. I’d happily stay again.
