I loved spending my vacation in this hotel it is very accessible by public transportation and it met my expectations. The price I better than the rest of hotels in the area, which is a good thing ?. The place is clean and the staff is professional, kind and always happy to help, the atmosphere is so relaxing. Keep it this way you're doing a wonderful job and make people Happy ?
I did notice a bit of swampy smell on the tap water, but it goes away after you let it pour for a little while, other than that the place is 10/10

We arrived in Berlin a day early. Your hotel was booked solid, but your staff found us a room for the night at your other hotel, so all ended up well!

Bright big room with nice view. Excellent breakfast and friendly - helpful staff. The hotel is situated within a 5-10 min walk from three different metro station lines and there is a bus stop right in front which made it very convenient getting around Berlin.

I was extremely impressed with cleanliness, consistently friendly and helpful staff, and the amazing breakfast! The gym was a standout too-it’s great position offering fantastic city views made my workouts even more enjoyable. Plus it’s convenient near the train to the airport and just 12 minutes from the shopping areas made everything so accessible. What really stood out was returning to a spotless and tidy room after each day out- a welcome contrast to my experiences in Copenhagen and Stockholm.
Honestly there wasn’t anything I disliked. I was such a consistently positive experience. In Copenhagen and Stockholm, I was disappointed that my room wasn’t cleaned until the day of checkout, so the daily service at Grimm’s was a real treat.
