Very clean and modern. Nice views from the room.
The fairytale theme of the hotel feels a bit overdone, with decorations of fairy tale characters in the lobby, elevator, and rooms that somehow cheapen the look of the place. The space would feel much more refined and stylish without these playful elements. Additionally, there are often groups of youths skateboarding in the square right next to the hotel, which can create quite a bit of noise when the windows are open.

Facilities are lovely. I didn't realize it was acutally Grimms Brothers themed. Got to use the gym, it ws fine. The room was nice, clean aand cozy: excellent for the price. The neighbourhood felt safe and lovely, next to the river. Just one bus to the city Center and an S-Bahn at walking distance. Also the walking route to the Brandenburg Tor (etc) was delightable.
I didn't try the breakfast because it seemed pricey beforehand. I aknowledge the cultural differences, but given the facts it's hopsitality, staff could be a little tiny bit more friendly.

We had a dirt stain on the wondow blinds and the tv did not work. Both were reported via the tablet one the first night, but nothing was done about it.

The location is a few blocks away from the Potsdamer Platz Bahnhof so it is convenient for sights in that area. The hotel is in a quiet area with Gleisdreieck Park right across from it. The breakfast buffet is high-quality with good variety. Staff were friendly and efficient.

Great location next to a Greenbelt Park area where the kid could play on a scooter skateboard. There’s a skate park and a beer garden nearby and the breakfast is amazing.
