Excellent facilities, truly reflects its five star status Staff excellent and clearly proud to work there. Lovely rooms with tasteful decor Super location close to Potsdamer Platz, loads of bars and restaurants if you do want to venture outside the hotel.

The location is great if you have business in the city. The hotel is wonderful and the rooftop pool and wellness area was a wonderful escape.
It’s quite big and I think that the breakfast could have been included in the room fee, both because it was rather expensive already and because there is little else but fast food shops in the area to get breakfast elsewhere.

Room was lovely; beds very comfy. Location was excellent - very easy to get to many key sightseeing areas. Breakfast was extensive with lots of different options available. Swimming pool and jacuzzi was a nice bonus but was very busy. Staff were incredibly helpful.
Swimming pool was very cold, even when heated, which was a shame and there were only a few loungers around the pool. As it was quite busy, there was nowhere to sit or leave your towel. I had to ask for basics in the room, for example, water. It may have just been an oversight but I would expect that as standard. It was corrected the following day and I should mention that you can also ask for fruit at no additional charge. Please ensure that you add the "do not disturb' sign in the evening if you don't want an early clean. Were were awoken by a cleaner entering our room at 09.00 when we were still in bed which wasn't a pleasant way to wake up.
