Loved staying here it was the best decision! They even gave us an early check-in, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely stay here again. Truly one of the most amazing hotel in Berlin.

The location is great. Right beside train station. goes direct to BER airport. Walking distance to lots of the sites in Berlin. The hotel room is spacious and was kept lovely and clean. The breakfast area was perfect and great selection. Concierge was very helpful. Thank you. The spa area is fab too
The hotel feels very "business" like. The lobby area isn't very "warm and welcoming" . Improvements could be made here. The breakfast choices were lovely but wouldnt have expected another charge for some items.

Great location for public transport-easy to get to all the man sites. Excellent value for money. Staff were very friendly. Good breakfast. Good hotel gym.

Staff in general was really nice, (especially the cleaning staff). But the location and general compartment of this Hotel is exquisit. Room 10 , facilities 10 , Breakfast 10, Valet service 10... and it continues
There's always room for critism , but this Hotel leaves so little room for it , that I can not in good conscious provide negative feedback.
