Breakfast was well equipped with food and beverages, however, a wider variety of fruit and fresh veg would be appreciated. Staff were semi-attentive. The room was spacious, the mattress is phenomenal, and the bathroom and cosmetics left us very pleased
The hotel staff seemed hard to read. Service was lukewarm, sometimes even slightly aggressive. We did not feel very welcomed with most interactions. My husband and I had a slight unpleasant aftertaste after every interaction.

The breakfast room is on the small side and lines formed of guests waiting to be shown a table. For the cost of breakfast I’d say it needs sorting out.

Nice building and bar/spa
Lobby totally full of hundreds of lillies. Really strong nauseating smell and gave the group I was with allergies and itchy eyes and burning throats. Such a bizarre choice of flowers as it’s common to be allergic to them. We could never meet in the lobby due to the flowers.

Nice breakfast, excellent location
One of the two rooms had a noticeable smell coming from the bathroom. I reported it to the front desk, and by the second day it seemed they used a cleaning product, as the smell disappeared.
Throughout our four-night stay, we were never provided with complimentary bottled water, which is standard in hotels of this category worldwide. I had to request it twice before we finally received some.
On the last day, I had my car parked in the garage. I lost the ticket, and although the daily parking fee was €20, they charged me €26 to issue a new one.
I often stay at Hyatt hotels in different locations for work, and unfortunately, this was by far the worst experience I’ve had with the brand. At these rates, there are definitely better hotel options in the city.

Everything was perfect, super friendly reception staff, spacious room with all the comfort you expect from 5 star hotel, amazing wellness area, cozy bar with live dj, rich breakfast
only one down side, you have to order tea during brekafast with the staff, it takes too long until they bring it
