Excellent, with a huge variety of options. Service was attentive and helpful, the well trained staff went out of their way to be helpful. The pillows were the most comfortable I’ve ever had in a hotel. The rooms were cleaved daily and left immaculately, complimentary waters on a daily basis. The nice sushi restaurant/bar is part of the hotel facilities and delivers room service as well.
If anything reception and aisles were a tiny bit sterile, but that that’s honestly the minutest of issues.

The location of the hotel is excellent, right across the pedestrian area from the new Cirque du Soleil show, Alize (so if that's your reason for visiting Berlin, definitely stay here!). It's perfectly located, and the breakfast is excellent!

Great location at Potsdamerplatz. Clean rooms, bath area designed in a very smart way with two sliding doors, one from the entrance, one from the bedside.
Awesome breakfast.
While the spa facilities are great, the are is a bit too small for the size of the hotel. Was a bit crowded at breakfast.
