The courtyard was beautiful. The location was convenient to many important sites. Coffee and tea were available in the lobby all the time. The rooms (we had an apartment) was nicely furnished and spacious. The breakfast buffet was excellent and very reaonably prices.
The hotel was on a busy street and the area did not feel residential until you walked a bit. The front desk is not staffed all the time, so sometimes it feels like a virtual hotel. When the front desk is closed the lobby area is locked, so there isn't really an indoor lobby where you can sit--just the outdoor courtyard (which is beautiful). The kitchen in our apartment lacked some pretty basic things, such as a dish drying rack and an oven (or even a toaster oven).

Rooms were clean.
Imagine you wake up and forgot to add Breakfast to your room. A normal friendly hotel would charge you their breakfast rate to the room and you are good to go. At this place Breakfast needs to be booked in advance . The representative was really unfriendly. they do advertise a Garden view. The truth is there is no garden and the view is blocked from walls. Overall spend your money elsewhere where accommodating is wanted.

Staff were great and perfect location.
The last weekend of my lovely visit people above my apartment were extremely noisy clomping around after 11 pm. When I complained, next night they removed their shoes but were still noisy. Very weird.

Great location in the quiet centre in front of Museum of Natural History. Cosy hotel, very clean, big comfortable room with kitchen and bedroom, inner yard balcony. Very beautiful especially at the evening when fountains is working and evening lightning is on. Adorable cats (!). Very pleasant staff (we arrived earlier and were asking just to leave our suitcases, but got early check in?)

It has a lovely outdoor space though sadly we didn’t use it! Great sized rooms. Close to central station and tram line, opposite the Naturkundemuseum. Superb Vietnamese further along the road!
Reception hours could be a bit longer. Facilities to make hot drinks in the room would be helpful.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The place was very clean and had a fresh, modern feel. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The location was perfect – close enough to the city center for convenience but far enough to enjoy a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Old-school hotel, with an old vibe, with lovely garden and balcony. Had the possibility to reserve a parking spot in a private parking, which was important for me. The hotel and the room was clean and cozy. The room had a little kitchen too. Location is very good, close to all possible public transport types (metro, tram, bus). Public transport is excellent in Berlin. I always appreciate a bottle of water waiting for me in the room, which this hotel offered. Additionally, free coffee or tea was offered every morning, just to kickstart your day.

The staff was exceptionally friendly, we had a delay and they stayed extra for us. The accomodation was very clean and fresh renovated. Everything we needed was there. We were with a small child and it was a quiet and smoke free environnement. If anyone need a real rest this is a true recommendation. In the direct vicinity there are sone good restaurant and konditorei for good breakfast. There is also a organic supermarket at 5min walk distance. Central Station (Hauptbahnhof) is 10min walk, of course you may take the U-bahn or S-bahn within 1 min walk. Charité is at 3 min walk. Perfect for anyone attending a medical conference. Next time we are visiting Berlin, we surely would book again.
The windy and cold weather in Berlin. But that is beyong anyone's power to change!

Room size and location, great shower, overall ambience.
Very noisy from the street and trams there, and no, I won't sleep with provided ear plugs. Breakfast was limited to cold dishes only.

Special quest to get in , especially while driving , no space to park while you need to solve another quest to find key in the box while stop in intense traffic street No adequate support from phone No reception working after 18 No coffee machine inside room Still not clear what is Incredible breakfast, coz they don’t have even scrambled eggs. Cheap instant coffee machines Totally confusing description on booking with photos that does not reflect reality.
