The Beautiful garden out the back was a Lovely Space to sit in and enjoy an evening drink. Complimentary hot drinks and pastries were a nice touch. Bed very firm and comfortable. Caroline at the front desk very helpful with restaurant suggestions. Location great, very central for walking to the station. Highly recommend for a few days stay in Berlin.

The staff was very helpful, provided the requested information. The hotel surprised us with its quiet location in the centre of Berlin. Reachability of the center is on foot in a few minutes, possibility to rent bicycles to travel around Berlin, which we highly recommend.

Great location. Right across from the natural history museum. Almost no noises from the street during the night. My unit was very large, more like an apartment. I will definitely stay at the hotel again.
Unpleasant night staff. The rooms had old fashion keys which I am not familiar with. I asked for her help, she was somewhat reluctantly came up to help me. After I dropped off my luggages in my unit, I had difficulty finding the Wifi information in the room. I returned to the reception desk to ask for the info, she rolled her eyes as if I am a nuisance, not a hotel guest. I apologized for interrupting her. I traveled to so many places but this was the first time I encountered this kinds of behavior from a hotel receptionist. I hope someone in the hotel management will read this.

Beautiful room with a nice balcony and a wonderful garden. Exactly as advertised and as on the pictures. Very quiet also. And conveniently located in the center of town. Highly recommended.

Incredible room, very helpful staff and a lovely breakfast. Free tea and coffee in the foyer. Ear plugs provided but not needed by us, though there were a lot of sirens the double glazing kept them muted. Amazing courtyard garden with an orangery with seats and tables. And cats.
Not many utensils etc if you want to cook in the apartment, but we didn't plan on eating in.

The rooms were large and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Location was a short walk from one of the main streets, Friedrich Strasse. Very friendly service.
Breakfast could have included some hot options, which it did not.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel was very well situated, a short walk from museum island. Staff were very helpful. Fridge with chargeable drinks etc provided in foyer.
Breakfast seemed a bit expensive, given that I dont eat much breakfast, so I didnt have it.

Great location for may work. Very beautiful building and inner court. Very large room with small office and kitchenet. Staff was very friendly and accomodating.
