My favourite hotel in Berlin. I originally stayed here eight years ago before the Berlin marathon, and the staff were so kind to me (I had the flu and still participated in the race) that it left a great impression. I decided to stay again on a whim, and was so impressed by the refurbishments, the cleanliness, the calm and just the stellar staff. The breakfast is also substantial and reasonably priced. I will definitely stay here again and hopefully won't leave it so long before returning. Also, I had to unexpectedly stay an extra night due to my flight being cancelled, and the staff were so kind and accommodating, and also had a lovely sense of humour. By the fourth day, it felt like home!

the design of the room is very good and spacious. the wardrobe is big, has a full mirror and there are other places to hang clothes and coats, place the luggage, etc. the rounded wall corners makes the room even bigger. the room was very warm although it was mid-March, and floor heating in bathroom is very good (finally a relaxing shower without getting cold). the bathroom has a big mirror which is every woman's dream :D the design and size of the room is excellent!! The hotel is super close to Ubahn station as well as to busses on the other side. There is a washer room in the hotel with good machines and dryers, so I got the laundry done in 1,5 hours. The kitchenette is also nice, with closed trash bin (so it doesn't smell), warm water, good fridge and stove (although I didn't get to use the stove). On the website they say they also provide additional items like toasters, so your kitchen experience is covered.
I thought I booked a big bed but got twin beds instead. but this was so much not an issue given the quality of everything else that I didn't ask for a room change. The duvet covers could be washed and fitted better.

Good room size, well equipped, good to work remotely a bit and travel. Well connected. They let me in early cause my room was ready! The staff is super nice!
Sadly the reception closed relatively early which affects the luggage storage option

Great location. Across from a park and beer garden. Steps to the subways. Ran the Berlin Marathon and they let me back in my room to shower and rest for a later check out. Very friendly staff

The location and room was good. Roomy with a small kitchenette and big shower.
Every 7.30 AM the cleaner start making their rounds and even if you put the sign that you don't want cleaning, I still got awaken by doors being constantly slammed shut and other noises which I can only assume come from cleaning. Maybe I had bad luck to be on first floor but regardless I could not get some good sleep since I always came back after midnight.
