It was very comfortable, well maintained, generously stocked with good staff.
A little room for improvement in cleanliness, in reachable kitchenware which is far too high up, in keeping to closing schedules and not leaving earlier. There are no restaurants or stores anywhere near.

Breakfast was nice, staff was friendly and helpful. A comfortable bed and easy access to turn lighting on and off.
Location was a little out of the way, but the price was worth the extra walk. Being close to the S-Bahn station was very helpful.

The room is big, nice location, easy to reach the bus and the metro station, very quiet in the night.
We had a bad situation with the access. In the last night our keycards didn’t work for the main outside door. In the first we tried to contact them, but no answer, finally we enter on the other door. Because there is no reception after 10 pm, we called at 2 phone numbers from google maps and booking, but the phones are closed as well through the night. I think that is mandatory to have a working communication channel non stop. I informed them on message on booking about the situation that we encounter, but no answer received. At night it was pretty hot, the ventilation system is not suitable for this hot weather.

Lockable storage for bicycles.
The cooling system didn't work, no a/c. The room wasn't as clean as we would have expected. There was a sticky patch on the gloor in the kitchen. The floors need a better clean. The bed was very uncomfortable, hard as concrete.

The self-check-in was via an automated console, which seemed to be in German only. Had to use Google translate to read. The room that was provided was large and bright with of a good size, with fridge and hotplate. The bathroom was equiped for wheelchair access and was large. Throughout was clean. Public Transport was within easy reach. Nice nearby park and beer garden, with easy access to shops and eateries.
The Self-check in could be more intuitive for other than German. If there is a function identifying such it would be helpful.
