Location is right next to a central train station in Berlin and equidistance from many premier sites. Room was clean. Enjoyed the view from my room and that I could crack open the window. Would stay here again.
Wish that I could have stayed more than four days. Fresh bake cookies from the shop a block and a half away are some of the best I have ever eaten.

The breakfast was outstanding and it had a pool (the main reason we selected the hotel among alternatives). The bed was outstanding

The room was clean and reasonably priced. Location was next to the train station and convenient for getting around the city.
The room was very hot at night making it difficult to sleep. The thermostat/AC did not work. There was also a power surge that damaged my laptop charger.

Not a lot to be honest!
The bedding was not exactly sparkling white, it was clearly marked on the corner!
There was not bottled water in the room, which I would expect as standard in any hotel.

I like the hotel facilities, the bed, the breakfast it was overall a good experience
There was a big problem with the water temperature, for 2 days there was only cold water and the rest of my stay the shower temperature was very hard to regulate. I spoke to their manager and I was told this was an ongoing situation. Got a 15% discount but will never stay there again since a hot shower is the bare minimum to have in a hotel.

I found the hotel to have exceeded our expectations! The room, the facilities, the location and the personnel were incredible in every way! I had noted a request that it was a trip for my birthday and they kindly and sweetly provided a delicious dessert for me. They were welcoming and helpful! The location was amazing, very close to a station, with shops around and great cafés. Many attractions within walking distance. The pool and sauna facilities were amazing, and allowed us to recharge to continue on with the day. Could not give them more praise and we will definitely be back and visit the other hotels of this brand!

Location
The inconvenience the staff and the hotel was not welcoming. Maybe a hint of discrimination but in general they weren’t friendly at all.
I checked in to their junior suites -requested for late check out on my last day of stay when checking in. I was not expecting an answer: “ Junior suite is limited so it is unlikely for us to do that for you”
On the last day, I requested for a late check out, and they didn’t allow it despite knowing I had a bad fever. Literally told me I can stay at the lobby and wait for until my flight time. The reason was because my room was booked for the next night, so they had to clean up the room.. this were not true because I was able to check in to another junior suite on booking.com but obviously I didn’t because I had to leave the hotel at 4pm to catch my flight.
The staff were really unfriendly and did not really try to make the stay welcome.
I think it’s one of the worst experiences ive ever had for a hotel. Even when compare to lower end hotels the staff were rude and not trying at all.
The breakfast service was even funnier. No one came to clean up our table, only after we left they came to clean up after us.

there was a wooshing sound in the room, super loud, like we were inside a washing machine, the 3rd night the sound was gone. ubers couldnt find it. they didnt clean the room 3rd day

Awesome location.breakfast was very good all made great and tasty. reception staff was very kind and positive and very helpful. I will highly recommend this hotel to people I know and will book this one for me once more next time in amazing Berlin. thanks a lot for all
sepperate bad was a little noisie and a bit uncomfortable but it's pretty little issue at all. overall all was very nice

My visit to Berlin Eurostars was amazing!... It is located in the perfect location with easy transport links to train, buses & trams. For those who enjoy walking, the main attractions are just 20-30 mins walk.
I am not a breakfast person myself, but booked it in for my mum who was with me; I was very surprised at their wonderful breakfast offering- so much variety for everyone to choose from!
The staff were exceptionally helpful and polite throughout the stay. Everyone spoke English which was a bonus for me.
There was no bathrobe & slippers in the hotel. we received this on our last night after having called reception 3 times and waiting all day. I believe, the property operates on less staff, so perhaps the team forgot having to deal with other things. The sauna & pool was not the cleanest when I went to visit it, so chose not to use it.

Breakfast Buffet was excellent with a lot of variety. The room condition was very good and a reasonable size. Finally, the location of the hotel is very good - short walking distance to most of the key sites, as well as a few good eating options in the area (excellent Sushi restaurant and Peter Pane Burgers were great too). Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations. By Berlin standards, the hotel was very good value for money.
