Overall Superb hotel Good location next to a bus stop and S-bahn stop too Clean and spacious room ,we got a room with a great view of the city Easy and swift check in and check out processes Nice spa and gym facilities We loved and enjoyed our stay in Estrel, would stay here again if am ever in Berlin.

Excellent hotel and great value for money. The staff were polite, helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. The hotel was very clean, and the spa area was excellent and well maintained. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely return.
My only complaint was the minibar pricing — €5 for a bottle of water was excessive.
