The food at the conference and really nice staff.
There was no a small hair conditioner and ear cleaning picks. Soap is really uncomfortable. You need to squize it to have it move. But if your hands weak, there's no way to clean hands.
There was no tiny night light. Instead the big one. You can't sleep when it turns on.

Location and the fair facilities
Some of the furniture in the room was old. For example, the tv was very old and it left stains on the table it was positioned on. The room itself felt like nobody had stayed in it for weeks

Huge room, comfortable, nice bathroom and a relatively nice location, few minutes away from the bus and s-bahn
Wellness was not to my expectations, staff spoke barely English and there was no robe included in the price.

Was an amazing hotel - first time travelling to Berlin. we got upgraded and our room was not just a bedroom - it was a small apartment with plenty of space for me, hubby & daughter to spread out. The even had robot vacs in the main hallways - they place was so clean.

The stay was nice and the hotel is well located.
If Car parking or breakfast not included hence the trip becomes expensive. Again the non caucasian staff at the parking entrance was eager to sell a 25 Euro parking. When declined the offer seemed a bit disrespectful.
