We were at a conference in the hotel so for us the location was ideal. The breakfast was really excellent. We were upgraded to a suite which was really lovely but did have a funny smell. The restaurants were excellent and we ate there several times.
The shower temperature was very difficult to manage. One minute it was freezing and the next it was boiling (to a dangerous level). I ended up having a few cold showers. No kettle or drink facilities in the room which meant we couldn't have our early morning tea and coffee.

I've chosen this hotel for its location wich was convenient for me to come to Berlin with my car. It's possible to find a parking space at the street, if no the hotel offers parking in the garage. The room was very clean, the bathroom new, there is a nice view from the higher floors.
Breakfast could be included into the reservation, I couldn't order a coffee at 8:00 of you have not paid breakfast (25 eur!!)

Absolutely high quality in everything: from breakfast to sauna, which is free of charge. Huge selection of great food options at breakfast, nice restaurants for a dining.
Location is a bit far, but we knew about that.

It was perfect. Location, cleanliness, staff and everything was superb. Easily accessible to trains and buses. And room was spacious and very clean. Worth for the money we paid.
Room didn’t have a kettle. But they provide you one as soon as you request them.
