It was so clean
Some of the younger staff needed to be friendlier especially a male at bar by the Italian restaurant( the older guy that worked on the first night we were there was outstanding but the other two nights weren’t so good). & speak better English, but the majority of them were excellent.

Nice hotel with good access to public transport. Nice and clean room.
Price for the accommodation itself was very good comparing to other hotels.
There was no soap to wash hands in the bathroom since we checked in. On the third day we had to leave the message to room service to fill it up. Parking in garage is pretty expensive (25€ per day) and the price for breakfast even worse (25€ per person per day).

The hotel is amazing, exceeded my expectations!

It is a great hotel for a short time stay. It was clean and the service was very good. It is also very convenient to reach by car if you drive from the south.
Nothing about the property itself but the location is not nice at all. You cannot go for a simple walk around as the area is very poor and you feel like being in the third world country.

The room was wonderful and the entire atmosphere of the hotel was great. I loved all the art and the light in the hotel.
Unfortunately the restaurants were not all open and the choices for eating in the surrounding area were limited. Since we were there for 6 days, it was rather monotonous. The fact that the S-Bahn station was not available during our visit added to the issue because we could have gone elsewhere to eat, but with bus times over an hour to Charlottenburg, on rainy days, this was not what we wanted to do.

A very decent conference hotel. Modern, clean and incredibly spacious. It's a fantastic venue if you are attending an event, there's plenty of space so you don't feel over-crowded. There is AC in the rooms, which was greatly appreciated as the weather turned out warmer than expected. Reception were able to offer me toothpaste when I forgot to bring some. The hotel has a large main lobby where there are several restaurants, bars and communal seating areas. I ordered room service from the Italian which includes a tray charge of 10 euros. A 10 minute walk from the S-bahn station Sonnenallee.
After checking-in, I had trouble finding the right lift to my floor. There are four wings which each have dedicated lifts up to your room. Due to the size of the lobby, I was given unclear directions so walked in circles before I found the right entrance to my wing. Pillows are far too soft, I stacked four together and they didn't provide enough support. Bottles of water are provided in the mini fridge but come at an extra cost of 5 euros each. Please note that there aren't a tonne of amenities in direct proximity to the hotel, so it can feel a bit isolated. The immediate area is quite industrial.
