Liked the heating towel stand as dries towels and other clothes very fast especially if got wet due to snow or rain. Shower temp and force was grt too, Also i would love to mention the most amazing service we received from the front office reception staff and her name was Nino. She is an absolute asset to your team. She truly deserves to be front office manager if not already. Thanks Nino we owe you one. See you next time.
Hated the pillows even 4 were not enough to prod me a bit higher up, so u desperately need Much better pillows, we had to ask for a kettle, also no tea, coffee sugar or milk in the rooms even deluxe rooms lacked it, and the aircons need more power. Thankfully the windows open a bit to refresh the air 8n the room. Also need more plugs closer to the bed rather than away from the bed. Yr washrooms need to be better placed from the point of view of the door, as if you were showering and housekeeping decided to open and enter, even with e chain on they could see you entirely nude. Which for a woman is not safe. So pls change the way your doors open 8th the rooms.

Excellent business hotel: luxus, peace and silence. One of the best hotel where I have ever slept, modern room, amazing ambient at the lobby.
Not in the city center but still well connected with the public trasportation (train on the ring).
It took too much time at the reception, even tough I already accomplished the online check-in.

The room was clean and nice and although hotel is further from city center it is well-connected by public transportation. Lighting in the room and bathroom was well planned and with the radio in the bathroom create really good vibe. Big, comfortable shower in the bathroom and well-working air conditioning. Really quiet at night.
The line to check-in at 3 pm was really long, there should be more staff at the reception when check in begins. There were no coffee/tea service in the room and water was for additional 5 euro fee. I didn’t expect that from 4-star hotel. In the morning somebody from staff entered our room without knocking, it was very uncomfortable. We were staying just for one night, so we didn’t expect anyone from cleaning staff. Also instead one double bed, there were 2 single ones putted together and they were splitting. Wardrobe was missing shelves to put clothes on, only space to hang something.

It was a very comfortable stay, the location was easy to access, the room was nicely furnished, the bed and pillows were comfortable. I liked the general design of the hotel and what pleasantly surprised me were the artworks - both the surrealist paintings on the 2nd floor as well as the abstract paintings downstairs made the stay extra special for me. The lounge area downstairs was also very spacious and had a luxorious feel.
Filling out the online registration form in advance made the check in process very quick and simple. I was very pleased that we didn’t have to wait in line long even though there was a big conference happening. Thank you very much!
We would have liked to check in earlier than 3 pm because we arrived by an early flight. Other than that everything was perfect!
