Clean room. Location was not bad.
The bed was very uncomfortable. The pillows were the worst I have ever had in my life. We were very uncomfortable due to the bed during our 4 night stay.

The hotel is wonderful located in town if you need to be on the south area but still close to what you need. The room was bigger than I expected, cute and a mix of modern but old but still feels fancy. We had a super nice view of the city as well. And yes, I do find the bed confortable enough for a good sleep. Not too fan of the pillos but well, you cannot have it all. The hotel itself is very big and pretty. Loved the art collection. Has a couple of restaurants which I haven´t tried but nice fancy option for dinner. I did enjoyed the sauna tho and it was a perfect add to the stay. They have a dry sauna an steamed one. Mind on Sunday it is closed. Overall I liked the hotel a lot and for the price and what you get and location, I think is the perfect balance.

The hotel has clean, comfortable rooms with good air conditioning. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional, making the stay enjoyable.
The main downside is the location. There is no direct public transport from the central station or the city center, so getting to and from the hotel requires extra time or transfers.

Huge room, comfortable, nice bathroom and a relatively nice location, few minutes away from the bus and s-bahn
Wellness was not to my expectations, staff spoke barely English and there was no robe included in the price.

The amenities like the gym and sauna, the daylighted spacious atrium, the Arts, the conference venue with international guests and travellers.
The gym and sauna are closed on Sundays. This is unusual for such a huge venue.

The hotel atrium amenities, including cafe, bar, restaurant, seating, gym, sauna and spa, are well configured. We had an upper-floor room with magnificent views of the city landscape. The hotel complex is also well located near excellent public transportation options.
The restaurant area is a bit pricy, but there are many other options outside in the Neukoeln area

Good breakfast, but too pricey. Flat pillows but comfy mattrace. Nice shower. Weird bathroom doors that kept coming off the rails. Small dated TV. Very nice spa area. Good facilities on the whole. Very helpful stuff.
The spa is closed on Sunday, which seems odd to me, as most people come for the extended weekend. No water cooler in the relaxation area. Dated TVs. We were given gluten-free rolls upon request, but they were heated from frozen and still served cold inside. There were no pastries or gluten-free waffles/pancakes - for 25 euros a pop, it doesn't make sense for a coeliac. Otherwise, breakfast was really good.

I really loved the front desk staff as they were professional, friendly, and always helpful. The hotel was lively, clean, and I appreciated the variety of restaurants right on the premises. We used the Bahn for transportation and the closest station was within walking distance, which was great! The room was clean, the shower water pressure was great, and I appreciated having a personal safe and refrigerator.
There was no shower door and that was not something I was used to seeing, and it made the experience uncomfortable and I was cold from the heat of the shower escaping through the opening. I had requested extra pillows due to a bad back and they provided ample pillows, but they were FLAT. No matter how I folded them they were flat. It turns out the hotel has ergonomic pillows upon request, but nowhere did it say this on the website, so how would I know to request them? This could have been resolved at check-in knowing that I requested additional pillows due to a bad back, and offer the ergonomic pillows. The room did not have a chest of draws, so I had no place to put undergarments, for example, and I guess I could have placed them on one of the shelves in the closet, but knowing that people place dirty shoes, and luggage for example, I didn't feel comfortable and ended up keeping those items in my suitcase. I was not able to open my window, and yet cold air was pushing through, and I was not able to regular the room temperature thermostat. Lastly, I would have loved to wind down watching T.V. I expected the shows to be in German, but was hoping for sub-titles so I could follow the programming, or as we have in the states, you can often go into settings and change the language.

Wonderful
I loved the view we had of the Berlin cityscape from the 13th floor. We were out from the city center but public transportation access was excellent.
I missed having complementary tea and coffee in our.
