This is honestly a scam. They charged my card twice without any notification — once for the hotel fee and again for the deposit. The initial payment still hasn’t been refunded. There were no basic toiletries like shampoo, and they even charge you for water. It was absolutely terrible — the worst 4-star hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

The rooms seemed to be fairly newly renovated.
Staff was very brief and cold at check in. For the money you pay for a suite it was a bit unexpected to not even find a kettle and some tea bags in the room. Also the yellowish, old hairydryer was an eyesore in the new bathroom.

It is clean, well built interiors, very comfy bed and pillows. breakfast for 25euros per person is worth it, because there is nothing much around. They did not charge for our kid which is also a plus.
I wish the parking was less expensive, the place of the hotel is a bit far from the major attractions but given the commute is very easy in Berlin it's ok. Although on our way back, the train stopped going to that direction a stop before the stop close to the hotel (s-bahn) New train did not come, there was a one time issue most probably but we had to take a taxi to travel one stop (which is at least 30 mins walk) - I guess we were unlucky.

Artistic and yet overwhelmingly large lobby area. It align with the capacity of the hotel.

The rooms were really nice and clean. They had everything we might need. It is the second time that I am staying in this hotel and overall a very good experience.
I definitely recommend it.
The beds were a bit too hard for my own personal taste, but generally I really liked the hotel.

Wifi issues others wrote about seems to be resolved. Only option was the free wifi and it worked well. Rooms are huge and sauna is nice. Very close to transit and within walking distance to nicer areas, but not immediately nice outside. Great view.

AC barely works, wifi barely works, you have to pay an arm and a leg for anything slightly extra, rude staff that will lie to you about amenities, located in the nastiest part of town

Everything extremely expensive, no usable laundry room and laundry service was minimum €3 per item of clothing, location was extremely dirty and dark at night, completely non-functional air conditioning (wouldn’t have been as much of an issue if every room didn’t have extremely thick winter duvets, leading to waking up drenched in sweat every single day)

Very nice room, comfortable bed, and a very modern bathroom. A little bit far from the tourist attractions but worth it for the nice, large room and modern bathroom at a very reasonable price.
The staff was a bit hit and miss… some were lovely, some were clueless, and some clearly had forgotten their smile. I asked about the outdoor restaurant by the water, decided to go there for dinner, to find it was closed for a private function. You would think the reception staff knows when a restaurant is closed for an event…

Great hotel, I loved the location and the room.
The staff at check in told me the breakfast was 25 Eur extra which is insanely expensive. So naturally I skipped it only to find out that it was indeed included in my booking confirmation. Unfortunately by then it was too late as I had already checked out.
So I was practically cheated by the hotel staff. That was a huge drawback of my stay.

The accommodation is clean. You have plenty of restaurants downstairs. No extras apart of the soup provided in bathrooms. Minibar is expensive, no free water etc.
Location is uninspiring, a lot of construction work around. Was ok but not sure I book it again.
