Basic kettle missing in normal rooms despite paying 145 euro
Manager at the bar in the courtyard rude
Rude manager in court yard I had requested a tea bag around 11 pm for my uncle who likes to make his own tea the manager asked 2 euros !! Joke
These things are petty and a hotel of this status should handle in the best possible way to please.

The experience is passable, specially if you are in Berlin for only couple of nights. The bus stop is very near.
The surrounding area is not inspiring.
Facility wise, the hotel needs to look into the "pillow" problem seriously. Me and my wife both had neck pain in the morning.

Great hotel, I loved the location and the room.
The staff at check in told me the breakfast was 25 Eur extra which is insanely expensive. So naturally I skipped it only to find out that it was indeed included in my booking confirmation. Unfortunately by then it was too late as I had already checked out.
So I was practically cheated by the hotel staff. That was a huge drawback of my stay.
