Exceptionally polite and welcoming personnel. Artistic and yet overwhelmingly large lobby area. It align with the capacity of the hotel. Price and conveniences wise, well worth it ✌️

Check in and out was fast, there was a parking, the room is clean
There are a lot of things not placed in the room. The minimum for a hotel like yours, is to have tooth paste! Hand soap that smells good , yours was very bad. A water boiler in the room. Some coffee and tea envelops. I was surprised how a hotel like yours is missing such main things for people who stays there. You can put mini sizes to save money for example !

This hotel is focused on conferences and does that well with nice meeting rooms and banquet facilities.
However, I would not recommend staying here if you wish to explore Berlin beyond your work conference. The location is convenient for airport but that's it. You will spend $$$ getting to and from the downtown and areas of interest. The surrounding area (a few blocks away from the hotel) is not safe; uber drivers told us it was one of the least safe areas in Berlin. Lastly the breakfast buffet was over priced. While the food was good you are trapped into paying for the a massive buffet. Very difficult to get a single coffee and there are no machines to make coffee in your room

Its proximity to the train station.
The absolute worst service — from waitresses throwing things at us with passive aggression to being lied to by managers and being charged for things, that at 4 stars should be included, this hotel was beyond disappointing. Especially as we spent more than £20k. We won’t be selecting Estrel for next years event.

Nice bathroom but mixed with an old style room that wasn't renovated with the bathroom is odd
Inconsiderate housekeeping services, they tried to clean as quick as possible and didn't see what they were picking up and they took my expensive shirt, i went down to reception to ask if they can give me back the shirt and housekeeping said they don't know anything about where the shirt is....

The reception staff was very friendly and considerate to our situation. We arrived late due to a concealed flight. She was very efficient in getting our rooms made good suggestions and always had a smile.
