Your bar staff are very helpful and efficent.
No hot drink making facility in the room. On leaving your female receptionist was very officious and abrupt.

It is elegant and cosy.
It is expensive. You have to pay even for still water. No complimentary given.
The design of the furniture in the room I stayed was a little odd as you entry in the room and you have in the front of the door the cabinet were to put your luggage; the space between door and it is just as is needed for the door to open and a little more.
A recommendation is to add plugs for each side of the bed.

This is honestly a scam. They charged my card twice without any notification — once for the hotel fee and again for the deposit. The initial payment still hasn’t been refunded. There were no basic toiletries like shampoo, and they even charge you for water. It was absolutely terrible — the worst 4-star hotel I’ve ever stayed in.
