The gym was terrible, like in the 3 stars hotel, pillows were not comfortable.

The wonderful bed, the bathroom, and breakfast was very delicious.
I missed more choices in the mini bar and also a water boiler with tea and instant coffee.

The hotel atrium amenities, including cafe, bar, restaurant, seating, gym, sauna and spa, are well configured. We had an upper-floor room with magnificent views of the city landscape. The hotel complex is also well located near excellent public transportation options.
The restaurant area is a bit pricy, but there are many other options outside in the Neukoeln area

My friend and I had a great stay at Estrel during a book event.
It was perfect for us because after running around and fangirling over our favorite authors, we could just head back to our room and relax for a bit. The online check-in and check-out process was excellent~ less stress, no long lines, and very convenient.
The staff were friendly and attentive, and the breakfast was good too. The view from our room was perfect.
The only downside was that the cocktails seemed to have more ice than the actual mixed drink.
Still, the lobby was a great place to hang out and catch up with my book friends.

Very close to bus/train station and well connected. It was very clean and modern. Good size of the room, including the bathroom. Breakfast is buffet and with lots of variety and options
The staff was not very friendly or welcoming (never rude, though), very serious, giving the minimum information. The elevators where constantly broken.
The pillow was very thin and not comfortable, but that is just personal taste

The room was an ample size, I had been staying with family so it was nice to have a room to myself! Shower was lovely and the room was clean, if not a little dated.
The room was a little dated. For a hotel this price and star rating, I would have expected more amenities in the room and access to an iron or steamer in the rooms. I know this is a large hotel but considering it's a hotel for business, the lack of ability to easily press ones clothes wasn't great. I also found the room to be a little "bare bones". I am used to hotels providing at least a bottle of water to guests without a charge.

Excellent location, service and room! The staff are extremely efficient, friendly and professional.Very good restaurants on site. We also organized a meeting here and were very satisfied.
A tea kettle is a must
