Lovely bathroom with very good shower. Room was exactly the right temperature and very quiet. Unfortunately I didn't get the chance to try the breakfast as I had to get back to the airport.

Friendly staff. Clean & comfortable. Last minute booking possible (flight cancelled. Air conditioning that could easily be turned off/put to night setting. Window that opens for fresh air

Helpful staff. Nice room. Beautiful lobby area with comfy sofas and bar.
Pillows were a bit thin for me.

Easy check-on and room was available already at noon which was amazing because I arrived early from an international flight. I like the lobby bar, as well as the "Biergarten" along the canal. The room is alright, just very functional (nothing to write home about).
No coffee machine in the room and no coffee + croissant station in the lobby. I prefer hotels that offer that service for business travelers that are on a tight schedule and have no time for a seated breakfast.
