For a 4-star hotel, I was surprised that even Junior Suites did not include complimentary basic coffee/tea facilities and no water kittle. When I asked Reception, they have directed me to get coffee from breakfast area but never mentioned it would cost €4.50 and I have to do it with the coffee machine at breakfast area and with a small cup. It wasn’t about the price, but the lack of basic hospitality for a 4-star hotel! The pillows were also very thin and uncomfortable, affecting sleep quality. The hotel is far from Berlin main attractions and my selection was based only on its location in the Arabs Street hit technically it’s also around 3 KM far from heart of the street.

We stayed here for two nights and were very happy with our experience. The rooms were clean, the service was excellent, and everyone at the reception was friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to Dmytro, who was especially kind and helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!
