Excellent Location. Opposite Nordbanhoff S Bahn Station. Trains and Buses also directly outside. A nice choice of eateries close by, along with a lovely supermarket selling very nice produce. Great access to a park perfect for children. Fab laundry facilities and a bar with beer garden next door for the parents. We stayed in the 2 bed apt with 2 children 11 & 14. Very spacious. The children loved having their own bathroom.
A little noisy, but expected given the central location. I knew this before booking. Front bedroom could benefit from air conditioning. Back bedroom was perfect !!! Beds a little hard. Slight problem gaining access when arriving early to drop our bags off but resolved with a quick phone call. Reception staff very pleasant.

I visited a lot of hotels in Berlin and was really surprised how clean this appartment was. Absolutly perfect. Plus there is a small park directly next to the hotel. If you book a room, try to get one with the 'garden view'. It's the park. The station 'Nordbahnhof' is handy to explore the city and convenient if you travel from/to the airport - you'll need to change the train only once. (A hint for unexperianced travelers: By train you get to or from the hotel for about 4 - 5 . By taxy it costs 80 but takes as long as the train timewise. Don't waste your money if you don't need to.) And the workers at the hotel are kind and helpful. Best compliments.
One hint: If you book a room with a lot of windows, like the small apartment, ask first if there is one available above the first floor. Otherwise it could be uncomfortable feeling kind of exposed, by that is totally a personnal preference.
From now on, this hotel will be my place to stay. No need to experiment with other locations.

The apartment was spacious, clean, great location and exactly as pictured. The women at the front desk were extremely friendly and helpful.
The pillows could be better, but that wouldn't stop us from staying there again.

I stayed for 3 nights with my 2 children and mother. Perfect location, central parts of Berlin within walking distance, clean and modern apartment. Close to tram- and train station. Small, but well planned. Air-conditioning worked great and there was no noise. Towels/toilet paper/some dishwasher tablets included. Nespresso machine and bread roaster, well equipped kitchen. We had a tiny balcony. We were all very happy with the apartment and would happily come back.

All was very easy and straightforward. The apartment had plenty of storage space, nice big bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. The location was great, easy to get to anywhere. We enjoyed the neighbourhood, the park around the corner and the relaxed pub in the same building.
The bedroom doors are very heavy and difficult to close.

The location was good,as were the facilities.However what made it stand out was how helpful the staff were.I have limited mobilty and the staff were amazingly helpful with helping us to navigate the city. My husband hurt his leg while we were there and their support was exceptional. The Castle Pub was a good place to go and it was enjoyable working our way through the large selection of craft beers.

Fully equipped kitchen. Floor heating. Impersonal check-in through machine. All infrastructure close by.
Loud noise from the tram running in front of the house also at rooms to the back side. No chance even with ear plugs. Also the Irish pub downstairs with live music, beer garden, loud cheering, etc. prevents early sleep. Industrial concrete interior design. Polyester bed sheets. No AC.

The room, the balcony, the location. We are travelling with the dog, the dog was treated so nicely and the dog bed was placed in our room. We were also provided with a list of recommended restaurants and cafes, all of them were very good

The apartment was in an excellent location for exploring Berlin. On your doorstep you had trams and the S-Bahn. Less than 5 minute walk away was the U-Bahn.
Also there was a couple of supermarkets near the apartment which was great.
We had a two bedroom apartment on the fourth floor. The apartment was spacious and very clean. Lovely modern apartment with great facilities. Definitely one of the best apartments we have stayed in.
We arrived just after 9pm and at that time it was self service check in. Our reference booking number was not working and the staff in the Castle Pub which is right next door to reception were very helpful. A member of staff from the pub came round and helped us check in. Can also recommend the Castle Pub for drinks and they also serve up pizzas and nachos, good atmosphere.

Everything was perfect, the location is excellent right next to the station and it's easy to get everywhere. Our apartment was on the fifth floor, the street side, but we didnt heard the noise. The apartment was clean and tidy, everything is new.
