Loved almost everything. Spacious and clean room, quiet environment, but above all, gorgeous breakfast. It's not in the centre of the city, but the S-Bahn Station quite close to the hotel and can reach Ostkreuz easily. Late checkout time was also very helpful. Highly recommended.
When I arrived, there was nobody at the reception and I had to wait for quite a long time.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The lifts were extremely efficient and it took no time at all to reach your room or reception. There was a great selection of different foods available for breakfast, all of which was very tasty - the mango juice in particular was delicious.
There is a tram stop right outside the hotel which meant that it was sometimes a little nosy in the room, but it really wasn't too bad and the closeness of the public transport was very convenient.

The hotel offers very good value for money for Berlin and is excellently located. Public transport connections are very convenient, with trams, buses, and the S-Bahn close by. The Adlershof S-Bahn station is within walking distance and provides a direct connection to Berlin city center. The central yet quiet location in Berlin’s start-up hub is very pleasant and offers opportunities to meet interesting people and make new connections. The breakfast is excellent — although also quite expensive. This is, of course, a matter of perspective, but if you can afford it, you will definitely not be disappointed.
A small downside is the room size. While the rooms are well and efficiently designed, they are quite small, with very limited space for an open suitcase or unpacked belongings. For one or two nights, however, the hotel is perfectly suitable if space is not a major concern.

It's not a fault for the hotel, but if you want to go to Berlin center it's pretty far. I may contradict myself liking it to be close to airport. I guess I missing the old Tegel airport in the middle of West Berlin

Exceptional
Really enjoyed our stay here! Clean room with very comfortable bed! Clean bathroom with everything you need - towels, blow-dryer, soap and shampoo. The breakfast was really good with plenty of options, the food always filled back. The area is quite far from the city center (about 30 minutes away), but it is well connected to public transport.
