Met my expectations — maybe even exceeded them. Perfect spot for solo travelers in Berlin or anyone who just needs a comfy place to rest. Open bar, simple breakfast, great vibe, and super convenient transport links. Solid combo.

No towels or Shower gel in the bathroom, small lockers but to be fair the staff were friendly and they offered to store my backpack in a safe storage room.

ensuite bathroom. has all the basics. lidl nearby. luggage storage available.
everything (sink, shower, toilet) was in the ensuite bathroom, so you’ll have a long wait if someone takes a long time in the shower. no curtains.

The first thing I noticed was that the staff was very welcoming and offered free coffee upon arrival. The room was clean and comfortable with the water radiator so we stayed in a warm room. Room had 2 wash rooms, large table convenient for tea and table games. The property has several lifts. There is a bar and cafe area at the lobby. Roman who was on duty at the reception desk kindly and effectively assisted in cases when we needed help and urgent action.
