The first thing I noticed was that the staff was very welcoming and offered free coffee upon arrival. The room was clean and comfortable with the water radiator so we stayed in a warm room. Room had 2 wash rooms, large table convenient for tea and table games. The property has several lifts. There is a bar and cafe area at the lobby. Roman who was on duty at the reception desk kindly and effectively assisted in cases when we needed help and urgent action.

Very nice and helpful staff, and the neighbourhood is very nice, multicultural and vibrant. If you're into Middle Eastern food, this is the best part of Berlin!
A bit annoying that towels aren't included in the price.

In the heart of Neukölln and next to the subway station. Easy access with tag/card. Very friendly staff during check in and check out. Small bar downstairs. Lots of restaurants, shops and malls. 8-bed dorm with two bathrooms and a big table to work at.
Bathrooms were “cleaned” daily but still pretty dirty. I know it’s a hostel and dorms but it was quite a bit disappointing. Everything else was pretty decent.

Great location near the bus stop, super friendly stuff, i was ordered a free cup of coffee upon arrival. There also was a bottle of water in the room. Bed was good, also there were enough towels. I really enjoyed my stay in the Hostel. Wi-fi was working without interruptions. All in all, great price value.
The first morning the room service woke me up by trying to enter the room, but it was my fault, i forgot to put a “do not disturb tag” on the door. but got scared to death when heard the door opening sounds
