In the heart of Neukölln and next to the subway station. Easy access with tag/card. Very friendly staff during check in and check out. Small bar downstairs. Lots of restaurants, shops and malls. 8-bed dorm with two bathrooms and a big table to work at.
Bathrooms were “cleaned” daily but still pretty dirty. I know it’s a hostel and dorms but it was quite a bit disappointing. Everything else was pretty decent.

Great location near the bus stop, super friendly stuff, i was ordered a free cup of coffee upon arrival. There also was a bottle of water in the room. Bed was good, also there were enough towels. I really enjoyed my stay in the Hostel. Wi-fi was working without interruptions. All in all, great price value.
The first morning the room service woke me up by trying to enter the room, but it was my fault, i forgot to put a “do not disturb tag” on the door. but got scared to death when heard the door opening sounds

It was clean enough and staff was friendly and helpful, everything worked at the facilities. Room was very basic and could do some remodeling for the price per night.
The location is very busy and not very convenient to arrive from the Main Station. Very loud all night long!

The beds are comfortable, and the staff was very friendly.
The shared bathroom in the dorm is quite uncomfortable: old, easily flooded, and not a single hook to hang your items while showering.
Not the hotel's fault, but a lot of people seem to take the hallway for their personal space and are very loud. I had to tell off a resident on my floor for keeping their door open and being noisy.
I wish the hotel had signs that reminded people to be quiet in the shared spaces.
