Staff were helpful and really friendly.
Bedrooms were a very high standard, with comfortable beds and a large bathroom.
Very quiet at night, could not hear other guests or any outside noise.
A short walk to the train station and within walking distance of a lot of shops, restaurants and tourist attractions.
Only small things but no English speaking TV channels and no tea bags in the room.

A standard-quality hotel at a great price, located near the S-Bahn station and practically in the city center. Standard room—the bed was a bit softer than I’m used to, but still comfortable; I had to remove some pillows even though I’m used to sleeping with my head elevated.
The bathroom was fine—no bathtub, but a well-designed, spacious shower stall and plenty of towels and a bathrobe.
Breakfast was a delight: my choice - very good scrambled eggs, bacon, pancakes with maple and blueberry syrup, yogurt, and fresh fruit and seeds made for a great start to a pleasant day in Berlin.
A staircase that was hard to find and poorly marked helped my friend overcome her fear of elevators.
