This is a lovely hotel - very calming atmosphere after the hustle and bustle of a few days sightseeing in Berlin. Handy for lots of the key sites and pretty accessible for S Bahn station

The hotel overall is very pretty. The hotel staff is very kind and helpful. The housekeeping however...
The housekeeping quite literally stole drinks from our minibar. When confronted about this the housekeeping handed me a 5 euro bill and a "sorry". This lead to a feeling of unsafety concerning our personal belongings. Also breakfast has dry bread and overall low quality food.

The bar was fantastic as was the breakfast was great, lots of choice and I really liked the sparkling wine. The room was well appointed, clean and the aircon was all you could hope for. Location great.
The appearance of the back of the hotel was disappointing. If you can put a pool in the space then at least landscape it.

Having arrived late in the evening, we received a warm welcome and quick check in. The politeness of the staff continued throughout our stay. The room was spacious and comfortable. The lobby and bar areas are stylish and great areas to relax with a drink. Breakfast was superb, with a great range of options and lots of staff ensuring things remained topped up up. The location is perfect for Tempodrom events and also great for exploring Berlin (close to underground and short walk to Potsdam Platz).
