The room we stayed in was great!
Super comfortable, with a wonderful bathroom—spacious and with a bathtub.
The staff were helpful and very kind.
We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel.
The location was excellent: quiet streets, restaurants, and a supermarket nearby.
Very close to the subway station and bus stop. Also within walking distance of tourist attractions. Just note that the hotel is not located exactly at Potsdamer Platz.

Paid for a premium room. The bed was placed right next to entrance door, so subject to corridor noise which woke me up every morning - typically doors slamming shut on account of this room being located directly to a highly trafficked service room.
Shower quality was sub-standard - in need of a refit and also solve the stench coming from the drain.

Decent rooms, very clean and in good condition, possibly recently refurbished as a few snags. Good selection at breakfast and fresh omlettes made to order.
Located between 3 stations so plenty choice of public transport.
A few snags or details to fine tune - some lights not connected or working, BBC 24hr channel blank, shower cubicle leaks on floor (poor design), kettle in rooms but no tea or spoons - apparently in any rooms, and phone not working even after reporting so needed to go back to reception at night to ask for some... All tolerable except there was an aggressive man working at breakfast stopping guests taking tea bags for their rooms. Treating guests like shoplifters over a few pence teabags that should have been there anyway is not the advertised "charm" of an expensive hotel! Restaurant closed on Sunday night, but was v expensive anyway.

Delighted with our upgrade and fabulous breakfast, with plenty of choices for veggies.
Loved the room snacks & views too!
Lots of work going on in the lobby but I appreciate that's temporary.
Toilets were quite a way from restaurant.

The room was spacious, elegant and clean as well as the rest of the hotel
The location was near the train station that worked for us since we did not have a car but we did a fair amount of walking to get to some museums and other sites. It felt out of the way.

The day after I complained about the absent fridge they moved me to a larger room with a fridge and complementary drinks. The location is good. It is at walking distance from several attractions and very close to a metro station.
There was no refrigerator in my room and they had no spare refrigerator to put there.

The 3rd bed in the triple room is an armchair that converts into a bed, it’s not mentioned in the description of the room so the person who sleeps there doesn’t have the same comfort as the other ones
